Bistro 422 — Restaurant in Toronto

I usually really love this place, been coming here for years with friends. My experience last night was severely soured by the waitress working. We came in about midnight, the first thing we asked was if the heated patio was open, she replied in an annoyed tone "Um not really." even though their sign out front had said otherwise. Cool, that was no problem. We had a couple drinks before coming in and one of my friends didnt realize he was still holding a can. She came up behind him and yanked it out of his hand so hard that is splashed all over him and proceeded to berate him for taking time to find his ID. "So you can walk in with outside drinks but you cant find your ID? Of course." Mind you she served us anyways so clearly she just felt like being incredibly rude. She then proceeded to tell us in the most unpleasent tone, "Look guys the kitchen has BEEN closed, so theres absolutely no food" Again, not a problem, but I dont know who she thought she was speaking to us like that. At the time the bar was empty, she made it seem like us coming in was the bain of her existence. She had such a terrible attitude with us the whole time we were there, but we still treated her with smiles and thank yous and kindness. She came up to us like 30 mins before close asking to pay our tabs because "She doesnt get paid to serve us in the next 15 mins." Her attitude was appalling, I was so disappointed with how we were treated and rushed out the door after telling my friends how great Bistro was gonna be. The waitress working last night was extremely rude. I got there waaaaay after my brother and his friends and she was rude to me instantly. I was very sober and nice to her. I understand she was frustrated because my brother was being loud, but she should have used her Smart Serve training better and refused to serve him. Especially because he was already drunk when he got there. Someone should take her Smart Serve away because what she did is illegal. Funny because the gentleman working with her didn't say anything. If I can give thos place 0 stars I would. We came in for the first time on a Saturday night, the waitress was extremely rude and clearly didn't want us there. We were intending to order food and a pitcher and was asking what drinks they have, the waitress was giving horrible attitude and when we asked confronted her she said we are annoying... just for asking what type of drinks are on tap. Extremely unprofessional, as we were leaving, she started insulting us, saying "we were there for attention." Take your money and...
