Some of the pastries are pretty good. I'd recommend the carrot and walnut loaf or the raspberry lemon loaf. Almond croissant was just ok. Their staff are hit and miss though. Went in on a Saturday a few weeks ago when a lady was working. Super nice. Very accommodating. Knowing we were on bikes, she put the baked goods into paper boxes to protect them on the way home. Came back a week later when a guy was working and while he wasn't blatantly rude, when I ordered literally the same items, he refused to put them into boxes saying that their costs had gotten too high (I could have paid for the cost of the box if it was such a big deal). When I asked for a plastic bag at least, he claimed they didn't have those (I received one the week before though...?). Highly doubt he didn't have a bag in the back. Anyway pastries got mashed up on the ride home. Probably won't return. Hope it was worth this business saving...

2025 Review: I visited the bakery today after a while and wanted to change my original rating from 5 stars to 3.

I bought the toll house cookie today and came home to find that it had a chunk missing from it. When looking at the display, there were many of these cookies to pick from, so it’s not like this was the last one. I’m really disappointed that I received a cookie that’s missing a sizeable chunk. I also think it’s quite unfair to have even sold this to begin with.

Original Review (2023): Such friendly service and delicious freshly baked goods! I always go there for their variety of tarts. So far I've tried their butter pecan and chocolate drizzled pecan tarts and loved both! The shell is light and fluffy, and the filling is so sweet and gooey. I've also had their almond croissants and WOW, they...

I would visit this place to get some scones, mostly, allas no more! I don’t know what happened to this place. Hands down the worst scones I ever bought (8/7/2025). They were as if someone tried to make scones for the first time and failed miserably. Not risen, uncooked on the inside, baffled. The price remained the same. I had always returned reluctantly to the bakery, due to poor customer service, as I enjoyed the scones but oh my, that miserable excuse for scones should not have been sold - they belonged to the garbage bin. I didn’t buy them myself yesterday, my mom did but I wanted to go back and throw them to their faces. How dare you sell a scone of that kind for $3.70? Unbelievable!...

A small 2-person bakery, making daily bread and traditional pastries. Come in before noon if you want to meet the baker, as they work the early shift. They have a very nice bakery/kitchen, so I think they must do catering or other work. Pastries include a decent selection of butter and other tarts (traditional, pecan, lemon, coconut, chocolate), and a few croissants and danish to round it off. Not a sit-down place and not coffee-focused. Meant to be a daily stop for those really into fresh, quality breads. Tarts: firm filling, but pressed pastry. Not flaky :(. Still damn tasty tho!

The walnut sourdough bread here was not bad. Service was good too. What i was most dissapointed about was their almond croissant. It barely had any almond paste filling - it was like eating a normal small-to-medium size croissant. But worse, in that the pastry tasted stale and the texture was very off. The pastry was hard and slightly rubbery - o really wonder if it might have been a day old. I guess thats what u get for the price of $2.75 when other bakeries are asking for $.75 more.

My husband took some items to our Sunday breakfast. Everything was looking good, but the taste was not so pleasant. The chocolate croissant e ham croissant were old and taste moldy bread. The raisin bread was hard. The cookie was ok, but not best. The butter croissant, Beef pie and the sausage puff pastry were good and fresh. Half of the items were good and half, unfortunately, we thought away. About the service my husband said it was good.
