Drinks taste great and love all of the healthy options. First time here and service wasn’t good. The cashier was nice but after she asked my name and wrote my name on the cup, she immediately asked for my name again during payment. She was friendly and I was fine with it but when I went to get my drinks, another lady waiting for her items realized she didn’t get points for her purchase. The drinks are very expensive and I realized I didn’t either. I said ā€œme tooā€ and we both went back to the cashier get the situation fixed.

When I go to the Adelaide location and summerhill location, the employees always ask me to put in my phone number and my points are automatically added at payment. Never had an issue.

They took a while to fix the situation at leslieville and had to refund me then have me repurchase. Fine, if that has to happen but the worst part was the employee saying to me, ā€œnext time if you forget to ask about your pointsā€ … isn’t that part of your job? I felt like the customer was being blamed with that word choice when I’ve never had this issue at other locations and everything is so expensive. Why should I have to remind people working there about their...

One of my favourite health focused restaurants in the city nutbar restaurant in Leslieville, Toronto, Canada. I’m not in the east of the city much any more so took an hour to hang in the chill hip atmosphere. Selected the Harvest Miso Soup without croutons and Kale Caesar Salad without croutons. The staff were helpful and patient as I sorted out what I was going to have. After ordering at the counter I got no cost filtered water and sat at my table. The food was ready in 3 minutes and I got it from the pickup counter and picked up a real fork and spoon to eat with. The soup was hot and delicious. The salad fresh, coated with the dressing perfectly, zesty and crunchy - fabulous! I then did a nutbar for dessert - scrumptious šŸ˜€ There are also an array of grocery/wellness products available to take home to continue your wellness regime. I can’t wait t...

Really overpriced for the taste, and service was weirdly standoffish. First time customer, and with 4 staff members behind the bar not one of them said hello when I came in. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than the customer standing right in front of them. I have worked in restaurants and was surprised at the lack of welcome or interest.

I have a lot of allergies so I was really looking forward to trying Nut Bars allergy free items, and I’m used to organic/raw/natural foods - but a very expensive smoothie and bar both tasted terrible… I’m actually shocked. The ā€œNut Barā€ tasted bitter and rancid, as if it had gone bad, and I had to toss it out. The smoothie was ok, but not anything worth the price - it was bland and the chocolate tasted almost sour. Super disappointing, a waste of food any money. Won’t be returning...

Tried Nut Bar recently and got the toast ($10) plus an oat bowl and an aƧaĆ bowl (around $9 each). Honestly, nothing really stood out flavor-wise—it was just okay. The service was quick and the store itself was very clean, which I appreciated. One thing I noticed: the bowls I got to-go felt pretty small compared to the ones I saw people dining in with. That was a bit disappointing for the price. I did see a lot of people ordering smoothies though, so maybe that’s their specialty. Next time I’ll grab a smoothie to see if that’s what they’re really known for.

This is my first time trying Nut Bar, service was good as staff was helpful offering suggestions. Unfortunately portion is very small and overpriced (see photo, the container is very small), I ordered overnight oatmeal and it was $8 bucks - yikes. I get it that Nut Bar prob pays its staff well and procures high quality food, sadly the value is missing as well as the flavor is not so special and I won’t be returning.
