Burger King — Restaurant in Toronto

I was at Burger King last Monday May 5th Monday night and there was a couple . The girl was ordering food and her boyfriend or husband was sitting at the high table. I saw the girl going to a table where she cleaned it before sitting down and inviting her boyfriend to join her. The manner in which this man was speaking to her was really horrible. I pretended not to take notice but he continued to get aggressive after she asked him to join her.

By this time it was apparent that he was pissed off. She finally joined him at the high table and Iow and behold this dude started belittling the young woman throwing verbally abusive racial shots at her . To the point where he even said she was ugly and he was white and had blue eyes and was better than her. Staff at the front as well as others could clearly hear what was going on The girl was dark skinned black girl and she tried defending herself however the boyfriend kept using verbal abusive racist language towards her.

What was more upsetting was when one of the burger king staff a young Caribbean black girl was cleaning the tables the boyfriend asked her the burger king staff if she felt he was being argumentative and she outright lied saying no she heard nothing walking away without asking the girlfriend if she was okay. This man used the fact that the burger king worker denied what he was doing to her in public to further call her names . Terrible employee.

I'm definitely not returning to this location anymore. This girl was young enough to be my daughter or niece. Shame in the Burger King staff especially the lady who was cleaning...

I came with my family thru the drive and today the service was beyond disgusting. I’m 8 months pregnant and trying to get dinner for my family while my husband was speaking to speaker to order our food! The more my husband spoke the more the lady didn’t understand him! And my husband had no choice to speak louder and yell! The worker was so rude and my husband lost it because she was beyond rude and slammed the drive thru window! Told us she wouldn’t service us and we asked for the Manger! And she goes she is busy and didn’t care to even serve us. I got so mad I went inside and asked to speak to manager the manager looked like some young kid that didnt even know what the hell she’s doing.she could have cared less! I’m went nuts and left! I have never in my life been surrounded by such idiots. I didn’t even know how to do their jobs. I can’t believe they saw the type of people they’re running this business and working there. It’s actually unbelievable and disgusting me with two kids and pregnant. Makes me sick! Went to the other Burger King up the street and got served very welll!!!! Get workers that know what there doing and...

I went to this location on Friday March 7th in the late evening for take off. I had a very negative and disrespectful experience from the lady Diana, a Jamaican lady who cashed me off there. After when she cashed me out, I realized that she was wearing the same gloves that she used for ordering people food with touching my food. I didn’t feel comfortable so I asked for her to change her gloves and requested to get the food replaced with a new one. After requesting, Diana Was really loud, rude and disrespectful. She did not want to change her gloves or wanted to help me. I had to ask another staff to help me. Diana kept yelling at me saying I did not touch your food in front of other customers and told the other staff that she didn’t want to change her gloves or help me getting it replaced. I was told her name was Diana but she had a necklace saying Diane. Next time I’ll just go to another location if she’s in there. Very rude and disrespectful to be working with customers.
