I will never return, even though if you have friendly service the food sucks, I’ve given them multiple chances but this is it. I bought a turkey club sandwich there was only two slices of turkey all I tasted was bread and butter and bacon, how is it a turkey club with only two slices of turkey.

And to reply to your reply : telling me you’re using the same recipe from the previous owner or the slices are thin; it’s all excuses.

Maybe it’s time to change; if you’re following someone else’s recipe. Maybe no one is complaining because they rather not and just not return, so you won’t get a feed back. You have to look at the numbers of sales and change your menu accordingly. Having many options may not be good for your menu keep it small and simple sell the item that has the most sales. There are times when I come for food the food is cold or hard as its been sitting there for hours from the morning. I’m a regular customer I work near by, this is really disappointing specially I have been returning back

Anyway below is how a traditional way to make a turkey club sandwich:

Bottom Slice: Spread with mayonnaise.

Middle Slice: Mayonnaise is often spread on this slice as well

Top Slice: This slice is typically placed mayonnaise-side down on the sandwich.

Ingredients: Layer lettuce, tomato, bacon, turkey, and cheese between all the bread slices.

I have been going to Cafe Saggio for years. A real authentic neighborhood gem. You don't go for the atmosphere, you go for the high-quality food, very clean kitchen, and authentically friendly service. I get the salad bar most lunches, but they have a huge variety.
