Caribbean Queen — Restaurant in Toronto

DONT EVER GO THIS SHOP IF YOU ARE NOT AN EAST ASIAN! COZ THEY WONT ANSWER YOU EVEN IF YOU ARE FROM OTHER REGION!

We were to buy some food over there, and we asked a little bit of sample (that too only chicken). Why did we ask for it? Coz she was already offering to other people (only East Asians - that too very politely). But she treated us in such a way that we were like beggars! (I immediately checked the other reviews, and people have commented about her attitude. Remember, that lady is showing attitude only to other races and not to East Asians)

The first ever time, I experienced Racism in Canada! We lost our appetite coz of her treatment to us! She kept telling us to go away as if we don’t want to eat the food from them!

Come on! We have our money and we are paying! Why does she behave indifferently to other people?

Note: I didn’t assume that she is racist! After we went and sat in the nearby table, we observed her. And she did the same to other people who are NOT East Asians!...

Picture this: you're all excited, ready for a delicious meal, but then you get handed a container that's barely half full. Seriously, it's like they measured it with a teaspoon! The portion was so tiny, I thought it was a sample.

And the customer service? Well, let's just say I've had more enthusiasm from a rock. The lady behind the counter seemed determined to set a new record for stinginess. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it sure felt like she was taking it out on my dinner .

So, if you like your food portions as big as your appetite and appreciate friendly service, Caribbean Queen might not be your best bet. Until they step up their game, I'd recommend taking your cravings...

First off, there were a lot of people in line for the food. So I understand that the staff were in a hurry to serve as many people as possible. But that didn't excuse their rude behaviour!

I ordered my meal, paid for it, and went to eat it. The noodles were EXPIRED- sour, disgusting and they smelled awful. There was a woman sitting right beside me and her noodles were also inedible.

KEEP IN MIND- THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SERVING ROTTEN FOOD TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. Worse, when i went to tell them that the food was bad, they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they scooped out the rotten noodles, and plopped some bland rice on my plate- hurrying me along and ignoring me.

This is one of the worst places to eat- and I don't understand why its so popular. Avoid it...
