This is a review but I just want to tell all the customers of fast food restaurant's; I used to work for a fast food restaurant and it does not help employees serve you better when people (like everyone here) complain to the servers about extra charge for extra toppings or when people complain about the set prices and proportions of food, if you can't afford to eat the food just don't go eat at fast food restaurants and make food at home is a simple and cheap solution. If you have complaints about the prices and the proportions call the manager or head office because the servers cannot do anything about it and they won't do anything about it because it is something they cannot change for you. They get in trouble with their manager if they do what they are not asked to do. Don't give the employees a hard time about the expense you have to pay or the proportion size, call the CEO about set prices for the food. Complaints should be taken to the owners of establishments and CEO's if managers cannot fix the issues you have. Complaints should not be given to the servers that are trying to serve you with the best respect they can give you. Coming to the establishment full of disrespect and complaints to the servers Will only decrease the chances of you getting kind and respectful service's that you want and deserve. Just be respectful and kind and you'll get the same treatment back. What goes around comes around. Some customers need to Stop acting like spoilt brats because servers work hard to serve you with much respect so you are satisfied and another thing is when your ordering food put the phone down for five minutes so you can give your order properly so servers do not screw up your order, and when you come to a fast food resaurant know what you want to eat so you are not holding up the line, and have the cash ready so you are not holding up the line getting your cash out coin by coin or bill by bill or looking for your card. I personally have eaten from here before and the proportions are nothing to complain about for me and the tzatziki sauce and grilled chicken souvlaki pita bread are my favourite items on the menu and the staff members are the most respectful nicest people you could ever...
Read moreYesterday around 6 pm,I was at scarborough town centre, which is about 15 kilometers away from my place of residence. My husband and I was very tired and went to jimmy the greek to eat. First of all, the quality of the food with all Jimmy the greek branches is so high,such as Vaughan mills , Centerpoint ,Hillcrest,...but in scarborough town centre was completely different and very poor quality. After I ordered my food, I asked them to give me empty plate as usual!!And they told me firmly and seriously with a frown, if you pay, we will give you an extra plate, and if you want to get the money back, you have to come back tomorrow!and talk to the manager !!!!it was interesting and seemed really funny was that I really thought they were playing a joke on me, that is, only this one branch treats its customers like this, unlike all the other branches, and do I have to go back and forth for about 30 kilometers in order to not have an empty plate and get my money back🤔 I will solve this funny problem an extra plate, and all three ladies who were there treated me with a behavior that was beyond the behavior of customer-oriented personnel for not giving me an extra plate. Read moreI went to Jimmy the Greek with my friend and we ordered souvlaki. The food we got was completely burnt. When we went back to talk to the staff, they argued with us and still gave us burnt chicken again. It was so bad that my friend’s child actually vomited after eating it.
We tried to explain what happened but no one wanted to listen. I also tried calling afterward, but there was no customer service number anywhere to be found.
To make things worse, the lady working at the front was extremely rude. She grabbed my bill and said she had to show it to the manager. But when I called later, they told me the manager doesn’t even work in the afternoon! Then they had the nerve to say, “all our food is good,” like I was lying.
She didn’t even give me the tzatziki sauce I asked for—she gave me something completely different. When I told her I paid and just wanted my bill back, she actually said, “Oh, I know you’re going to complain on Google review, so I’m not going to give it to you,” and kept yelling at me.
Terrible food, horrible customer service, and disrespectful staff. They need to fire the lady at the billing section immediately. This whole experience was a huge waste of money for me and my friend....
