This bubble tea location is amazing! Located in the heart of Liberty Village, Chatime Liberty is very spacious, clean, warm and inviting. The team and the owner of Chatime Liberty, Tim, are very friendly and welcoming. They really care about their customers - going above and beyond to provide an exceptional bubble tea experience.

Tim recommended a few of his favourite off-menu bubble tea drinks: Hot Earl Grey Latte with Tapioca and Hot Taro with Pudding, that my husband and I hadn't tried before. He also recommended the Red Velvet Cake and Chocolate Log Roll Cake desserts. Super delicious :)!!!

We also love that this is the ONLY Chatime location that we know that is open until 2:30am (yes, you heard me right, 2:30am!!).

I came to this Chatime location on Monday March 14th, 2022 around 8pm and ordered 2 large bubble teas for my friend and I. The cashier who served me (tall, male) was very kind and since i was in a rush i quickly paid without really checking the price or whatever.

After I got my 2 drinks, the same guy showed me my receipt and told me that I got overcharged for some odd reason and he gave me a coupon for my next visit.

This goes beyond what i expected from such a large company like Chatime. I will be honest I usually don't get the best customer service let alone have someone inform me that I got overcharged by a couple dollars. If he didn't inform me, i wouldn't even of known because bubble tea is getting more expensive now a days.

I think with this small gesture that he did, i will definitely be coming back to this exact location and they just gained a...

Liberty Village has been longing for a bubble tea shop for a while now. Happy to see Chatime moving into the neighbourhood - and a huge plus is that it is owned by a local resident! I’ve been a longtime Chatime fan, and was not disappointed at all by my first experience here today.

The bubble teas were made perfectly and tasted great. A slight mix-up with one of my drink’s toppings but I don’t hold it against the staff since the store is new and many are still getting comfortable with their new roles. Staff were apologetic, quickly remade my drink, and even gave me the extra drink that was incorrectly made. Customer service was impeccable. Will definitely be back!

Another bonus - their straws are compostable and made from sugar cane fiber. No more soggy...
