I ordered via their app so I wouldn't have to wait in line: 1 cheese foam vanilla latte, half sugar, regular size. $2.80+tax and they offer a tip option, with recommendations being 55 / 100 / other %. When you only pay $2.80, it's still cheaper if you go with the lowest recommended 55% tip. My drink was ready within 2 minutes, really quick! They leave all ready mobile order drinks on their pickup counter, each labelled by different order receipt. When I walked in today at 1:50PM, there were 5 people in line, and about 10 more people waiting. Using the app was the right choice.

The workers were too busy to really communicate for the pickup, so there is some risk that the wrong individual might take advantage of this flow. Inside, it was also very loud. There's some counters so you can lounge and enjoy your drink, but again, the place was busy and loud, so not much of an opportunity to wind down.

The drink itself, I personally didn't like. Even though I ordered half sugar, the drink was still very sweet. I would say I am very flexible with my coffee: I can have quadruple quadruples down to black coffee and double espressos. I love when it's cloudy and when it's clear. I disliked the coffee so much I ended up only drinking about 20% of it, leaving it out for several hours, and eventually throwing the rest away. What was wrong with the flavour? Maybe it was the coffee beans or how it was brewed, in combination with the sugar...

I'll make another visit and try the matcha instead. Hopefully that'll be a...

I received incredible unique service at your store the other day, and I would like to pay my utmost respect to your service staff (I'll point out specifics later) and my reflections on myself. The way your front desk staff interacted with your customers was very edgy and deserves special commendation. Their ability to maintain a unique, almost artistic indifference while I picked up my food was nothing short of breathtaking. I've never seen anyone multitask so effortlessly - juggling making coffee and seemingly contemplating the mysteries of the universe at the same time. I must also commend the elegance and simplicity of the transaction. When we just privately raised the question of how to pack our own bags, the brother with glasses at the front desk immediately came to the defense of his "girlfriend", perhaps, otherwise I do not know why he would have chosen to retort us "it is not impossible to pack your own bags" rather than admit the mistake. Not admitting mistakes, this was an outstanding masterclass. Made me reflect on my own work experience, I should have learned that you don't have to think about the customer, and that any pain or fatigue should be taken out on them directly, I'm humbled. Make sure you pay tribute to this visionary...

Update: 3 ⭐️ Ordered the Coco Cotti right at opening, the app told me wait time would be 15 minutes. Ended up actually getting it about 50 minutes after.

HOWEVER, it’s a really good drink. I’d pay the full $6 for it. The wait times are just ridiculous and inaccurately reported on the app.

——— 1 ⭐️: Came here twice for their $2 grand opening. First time, we got two matcha lattes. Tell me how the colour of the two lattes in my picture are SO different. It’s also not real matcha, it’s a strange artificial matcha-vanilla mix. We tossed them in the trash after two sips.

Then we thought: this is a coffee shop, so maybe the coffee is better. The next day, we ordered the Coco Cotti and the Stardust Crema. We ordered at 11:17am, was told the wait was 1 hour, then another 20 minutes when we went back, then another 30. We never ended up getting the drinks because we had plans.

I understand it’s busy, but don’t do a promo that your team can’t support the volumes for. May come back to try the coffee after the promo ends, but until then,...

My sister and I were yearning for a delicious cup of coffee in the chilly Canadian weather. Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted by the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Although the space was small, it was perfect for a quick meet-up with friends or a relaxing moment to enjoy our drinks. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, taking our orders with a smile. Surprisingly, despite being located in downtown Toronto on Yonge Street, their prices were reasonable. They offered a variety of cold and hot beverages, and we opted for the Americano medium roast while my 2 nieces ordered cold drinks as well I ordered 2 more cold drinks to go for my 2 boys. It was a hit for them. While I found it to be on the lighter side, it still tasted great, and I plan to try the dark roast next time. They had a selection of muffins, croissants, and lemon poppyseed treats available. There are many more offerings at this establishment that I have yet to explore. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others. Thank you.
