I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. I had a buy one, get one free Blizzard offer on the app, and when I tried to redeem it, the employee flat-out refused to honor it! Even though the deal was clearly visible on the app, he claimed it was "his policy" not to accept it. Excuse me? Since when do individual stores make their own rules that go against official app offers?
To make matters worse, he was extremely rude and arrogant. He was rushing us, saying it was their "last order" (this was at 10:30 PM), but that’s no excuse for terrible customer service. His attitude was dismissive, and he acted like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
This is unacceptable. If Dairy Queen offers deals through their app, customers should be able to use them without hassle. The way we were treated was beyond disrespectful, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If you don’t want to deal with rude staff who make up their own rules, go somewhere else.

I order through UberEats all the time and get a cookie dough blizzard with every meal. It's my favourite blizzard. I pay to get extra cookie dough added as well. This has happened far too often, but tonight was the worst. I had next to no cookie dough added into my blizzard. Less than even a regular amount without paying for extra. Why though? I pay for extra, so I should get extra, right? This has happened almost a dozen times now. I get way less cookie dough than when I first started ordering from this place. Read moreI went into the restaurant this evening to have a blizzard with my partner. I ordered a medium and my partner a small. The employee screwed up mine and made a small. No big deal, I figured he would just put my small into a medium cup and top it up. Instead he set it aside and made a new one. I asked him what they would do with the small one he set aside and he said "we just throw them out", so naturally I asked if I could have it rather than it go to waste. He said no and turned away and made some comments to his coworker and they laughed.
