0/5 ⭐ REASON: MOLDY 🤮 CHEESE ON MY PIZZA!

Today I ordered 2 slices of pizza, one meat supreme and one Hawaiian. I asked the man behind the counter for parmesan on the slices and he carelessly hands me the shaker before serving the next customer. I shake some of the strange smelling parmesan on my pizza thinking nothing of it.

I get home and eat my meat supreme slice thinking the pizza smells a bit rancid, but the taste wasn't off enough to alert me. However get to my next slice and the smell is much stronger, I inspect the slice closer and find MOLD 🤮 sprinkled throughout the parmesan dusting.

I called the corporate number and they said it would be resolved on their end but I was heading out anyways so I decided to bring my mold-dusted slice back to the store and bring it up with the same man who seems to manage the store. I arrive and present the slice in all of it's moldy-glory. The owner looks at me with a expression of disdain, as if I am in the wrong. He tells me "I dont see any mold" I proceed to pick up the suspect particles of fungal-infested cheese flakes and show him the discoloration. He looks and me and presents his thick-skulled theory that I "went home and put mold on my own pizza.🤓"

I didn't entertain this dim-witted idea and told him that he is serving mold and needs to throw out that shaker. He grabs the shaker out of the fridge and half-assedly inspects the mold-ecosystem that they call a parmesan shaker and tells me "I don't see any mold in here." and places the shaker on the table. I take the shaker and show him the layer of caked on green mold at the bottom of the shaker and show him what he is serving to paying customers. Now at this point, he is very clearly in the wrong and an apology at the very least is in order, instead he throws another slice of pizza in the oven and continues to deflect the conversation and give me evil-eye 💢. I walk out and tell him to throw out his mold shaker.

CONCLUSION: EAT HERE IF YOU LIKE MOLD🤮 (not the blue...

NASTY PLACE!!! WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE

My son on Sunday said he wanted a slice so we went there to grab one. While the person putting our slice in the oven I saw a big fly on the pizza sitting next to the one we were going to get ours from. I told him about the fly and he said "I cannot do anything about it, fly come and go everytime" ... He DID NOT even try to push the fly away or get it off the pizza which surprise us the most. If your attitude is like this then I am scared to know what's going on in the back..

At this point I told him leave it I won't get the slice anymore and he said thats fine and took the slice from the oven and put it back in the pile ..with the flies still there.

As a parent I am not playing with my son's health so if you want to have health issue for you or families eat there at your own risk. I usually order pizza there almost every week but now I'm done. I should have...

I don't think I've had a worse experience at a pizza place before.

The owner/manager is a misogynist to an extreme, not to mention rude and degrading. I had a coupon from Pizza Nova, and when I reached out to give it to him, he didn't even look at it and just said "no". I proceeded to ask him why he was not accepting and he just kept waving me off and saying that if I had a problem, to talk to head office. I continued to ask him to give me a reason, and his reply? "calm down!" I mean, I'm trying to figure out why you're not accepting my completely valid coupon and you're telling me to calm down? The whole conversation gave me the creeps.

BEST PART was that I saw a mouse/rat run across the floor in the back! I was actually glad then that he refused me and left.

I would LOVE to see the health department shut these guys down.
