Food: My friends recommended this place as having the best croffle and I tend to agree. The menu featured many flavors including Biscoff, tiramisu, banana and strawberry. Our favorite was the Biscoff which delivered a crisp texture and rich flavor. I also ordered a blueberry soda to aid digestion. Service: I enjoy the Korean style of ordering where you submit your request and receive a small pager that alerts you when your food is ready. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our visit. Ambiance: The space felt bright and modern with ample seating. A few tables wobbled and the chair I used pressed uncomfortably against my ankle each time I shifted. The metal brace on the backrest made it difficult to relax. You will notice the design as soon as you sit down. Accessibility: It would be hard to get through the entrance, there is a lot of transit nearby though.

For those in the Christie area looking for a good coffee and dessert, Fox is definitely a great option. The store is small and has few tables, but it has great dessert options, and all the items are always very fresh and tasty. The service is very pleasant, and the environment is always clean and organized, with an open bar area organized for customers. Unfortunately, the store is not suitable for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. The bathroom is located in the basement, which makes it difficult for such customers to use, in addition to the lack of support points and doors that open and close automatically. The place also does not have a menu in Braille, so you will need to ask the attendants for guidance. The prices of the products are good and within expectations. The café is close to Christies station, bus stops and has paid parking in the area.

It's been awhile since I've explored downtown Koreatown and this is one of the cafes that really intrigued me. They specialize in croffles (croissant + waffles), Korean-style drinks, and a variety of coffees. There were so many delicious looking menu items and it took awhile for me to decide. The cashier was very patient and kind with me though, giving me all the time I needed without rushing me. I ended up going with the caramel latte & strawberry croffle while my friend went with a hazelnut latte & tiramisu croffle. The cream wasn't overly sweet and they precut the croffle for you, which makes for a more convenient eating experience. I definitely recommend coming to this place if you want the aesthetic pictures and for a cafe date with friends or loved ones. On times and days where it's not busy, it's definitely a place where you can relax and chat for hours.
