This is the best place for bubble tea I have ever tried (which is great, but it is also an issue because now I constantly want bubble tea.)

The pearls are chewy to the perfect consistency. The grass jelly actually tastes like the ingredient it is supposed to be made from. The tea is clearly brewed from good leaves because it have an intense, delightful aroma.

It is simply delicious.

The staff is great too. Everyone is very polite and efficient. Rachel is the best. She is friendly, kind, fast, and remembers the customers quite well, so that she can recommend new drinks that could match their tastes.

The space is simple but pleasant. The plants give a nice touch to the environment. I also have to notice that the washroom is always clean, which I greatly appreciate.

All together, it is one of my favorite places to go to in TO.

P.S. I wanted to thank again Rachel, Kris, the very kind person with the face mask whose name I don't know. They are so kind! I already love the bubble tea there (and now that I read the list of the ingredients, I am quite happy because it is not at all unhealthy!) but every time it is a very pleasant experience on the human level as well. Whoever is in charge of HR should be very proud of themselves for their great selection of wonderful people. Great tea. Great people. Great location. I love...

Newly opened bbt shop on Bloor. It's practically in koreatown which is a bonus because those who know me, know that I like to eat there. A short stroll got me to Kungfu tea, and I thought I would try the rose milk tea with agar jelly, aloe vera, and no honey as I always find the tea to be sweet already. But those who like their tea sweeter, honey is a great natural sweetener. I also love the agar jelly. It's yummy in any iced tea. The tea shop was pretty busy since it's the new kid in town. The cashier did a good job asking all the questions about what I wanted in my tea. But I thought she looked a bit stressed...rightly so as she had to work through the line. It takes special skills to smile sweetly through the crowds. Lol. The decor of the shop is very cute and photogenic. But small. Given the popularity of bbt shops these days, it would be wise to invest in a bigger space. Definitely going back though because I do like...

Honestly I was excited to try out this place but got a little disappointed. I wasn’t informed of all the deals properly or maybe misunderstood something but ended up getting a passion fruit tea / juice that did not meet my expectations. There was a lot of weird stuff in the bottom that I think should have been noted in the menu, I like pearls but there were about 3 different jelly-like things that filled 1/3 of the cup and the whole ā€œfresh fruit juiceā€ ended up tasting like a weird superficial kids drink. I also had 30% sweetness but for my opinion it was way sweeter than that. Maybe it’s just me that wants real passion fruit juice that is pressed straight from the fruit (or at least something comparable) but this felt like it was made from a concentrated syrup unfortunately. The guys behind the counter were sweet and...

EDIT: After my previous experience which was disappointing, I gave them another chance and they did not disappoint. As of now, I can confidently say that this location is one of the best Kung Fu tea branches in Toronto. Bumping my rating up to 5/5. Cheers. ------++++++++++---- We are regular customers here. Unfortunately, the staff has changed recently. Had picked a black warrior and an Oreo warrior to go, but received drinks without the flavors. Never encountered such an issue before. Otherwise, service and atmosphere is great as usual. ---------------- To the owner asking for more details:- The evening staff forgot to add the flavor to both, the Black Warrior and Orea Warrior. We were technically served just the cheese-milk, which just by itself doesn't taste great. Quite an upsetting experience. Thank you.

The drinks are good. It’s great that they use honey instead of sugar. The service is fast and employees are friendly. I highly recommend this Kung Fu Tea location. They are consistently accurate when making their drinks, are lovely people all around, and you can literally have a different drink every time you visit (for a while!). I will definitely be coming back to try something new soon!
