Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Toronto

So, today's experience was the last straw for me. I have been ordering food from this place for a year and every time they manage to mess up something; which I let go because I worked close by and knew the owners. I get it, people make mistakes. But tonight's order was a complete joke.

I, along with the company I had over decided to order from here despite it being 10 minutes to close. We placed our order 5 minutes until close which I totally understand was a crappy thing to do to begin with but if you stay open and ACCEPT THE ORDER, it means you are going to complete it.

Two out of three burritos had NO RICE OR NOODLES and a sad excuse for a serving of beans on a literal bean and cheese burrito and a tofu burrito. Oh and of corse you guys are closed so I can't get a new burrito, and have to wait a day for uber to refund me my money.

I would just like to know how you think those burritos were acceptable to send out. I payed $13 for a tortilla wrap with tofu and coleslaw, and 14$ for a wrap full of refried beans and guacamole. Just disgusting how you think it's okay to rip off customers.

Wow the cashier/person who made my burrito was so rude. I came here for the first time to grab some lunch on a Saturday. I was looking at their menu and asked her some questions in regards to some of the menu items. She gave me terrible attitude and talked to me in such a condescending tone.

As she made my burrito, she barely put any meat in mine and put a lot of veggies. I tried asking for more meat but she said that it would cost extra. Jeez. After wards they grilled the tortilla.

I went to the washroom really fast to go wash my hands and the they were disgusting. Super dirty, no soap or paper towels. None. The floors were wet as well. I got out of there as fast as I could.

After my burrito was done, I started eating it. My first bite was filled with lots of veggies and some rice and very little meat. And yep, no surprise at all, that's how the rest of the burrito went. I've read other reviews here too and it wasn't just me. This store does this to pretty much everyone.

So don't come here if you value cleanliness and a burrito with decent...

I ordered a burrito bowl online at 11:25am and was told that my food would be ready at 11:45am. At 11:50am I arrived and asked if my food was ready, and the worker said that they received my order but it would take a while. Since there was only one worker and many customers(7-8 people), I decided to wait.

By 12pm, I noticed that new people entering the restaurant were getting their orders taken and their food made, while my order had not even been started. When a second worker arrived, I asked him if he could start my order since it was due 15 minutes ago. He said he could make my order after another two orders. Finally, at 12:10pm, I received my burrito bowl that took less than a minute to make.

I understand that there were many customers at the time and only one worker, but 25 minutes of wait time for a burrito bowl that is made in less than a minute is a bit ridiculous to me. The fact that new customers arriving after my food was due were getting their food and leaving before mine was even made was disappointing, especially since the worker could see me waiting at the pick-up area right next to...
