The place opens at 11 am. We placed a pickup order around 11:30, and received a call confirming our order around 5 minutes later. Once we arrived to pickup our order, the place was closed and no one was there. The lights were off, the place was a mess, and it looks like they haven’t even come in to open it yet. We waited around to see if the employee had gone to the bathroom and simply locked the door, but no one came. Other people also outside wanting to order, confused as well. We called back the number who called us, which was from the call centre. They tried to contact the store owners, but no one picked up. What kind of store functions like this? If you don’t intend to open at 11 am, update your hours so people don’t have to wait in the cold after placing an order online!

I ordered their large 3 topping pizza for $12.99 that was supposed to come with a complimentary dipping sauce...boy oh boy... it was pretty bad. I requested for thin crust and the pizza was rubbery....how do you undercook a thin crust pizza! I asked for tomato and hot Italian sausage for toppings... there were little to none on my pizza... this includes the sauce too haha.. I learned a very valuable lesson.. if I ever crave pizza, I will just go to the Pizza Pizza across the street.

I ordered their large pizza with mushroom toppings and with extra sauce and seasonings. The pizza that showed up had very little sauce, near to no cheeze and hardly any mushrooms, i can literally count the number of mushrooms that they put. Cherry on top was the rubbery pizza. It was not edible at all, it was hard and chewy. What am i paying for?? And how much effort is needed for a pizza chain to make a good edible pizza.

I had GINO’s pizza once in different location. so placed an order for two pan pizzas in this location. Went to pick up my pan pizzas. Just opened and found that the both pizzas are flat and looks like regular crust. Asked the CSR for confirmation- Here is the Answer(From last two weeks even we are noticing it that pan pizzas are not fluffy anymore so Try to call customer service and ask them why the pan pizzas are like this). I was spellbound even though it’s not my job I called the customer service to ask them why my pan pizzas looks like regular crust pizzas. After trying to sort out why she replied me( Oh! From now on pan pizzas will be flat and they will be look like regular crust pizzas) I was spellbound with answer again and said thank you. I just questioned myself What kind of people I spoke with today and why I placed order in GINo’s leaving the best pan pizza makers in canada. I want to tell these people If you really want to bluff customers thinking that customers doesn’t know anything that will be really a wrong move which causes the distraction of business. If your production centre messed with the dough recipe you should openly accept it should not charge the customers extra 1.49 cents for pan pizza which is practically a scam. Getting the expected product for the time and money spent is the basic right of the customer. Customer doesn’t have a job to ask your entire hierarchy about why my pizza dough messed up. Its the franchise manager who should take initiative to provide quality food for the customers and should train the CSR in a proper way that they can provide answer to such kind of questions in downstream levels. I wrote a book here because I don’t want some other customers to be get treated like this. If you want to delete my review you can do it but make sure atleast you work on the workflow I recommended you. I don’t want to thank you because you served me flatbread instead...

Not sure why there are bad reviews but i have been getting pizza here for more than a year and i have never been disappointed with my food. I am a picky guy so i drive to this location for about 20 minutes while passing through 2 other Gino's pizza(that i know-so at least 2), and countless other pizza locations. I like the customer service here as well. Yeas(i hope i spelled his name right) pays attention to what he is doing and makes the pizzas carefully, spread the toppings evenly, cooks carefully and the dough is delicious too. I order lots of toppings on my pizza and almost all other pizzerias put less of each topping if there are lots of toppins and their goal is to save nickels and dimes. This place does not do that and the customers like me pays attention to that. Not being greedy put them above other pizza locations and this is why we drive all the way there ! All my orders(as far as i can remember) have been handled by him and hopefully i will keep getting pizzas from him in the...

THE WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had ordered 3 party size pizzas for my sons 3rd birthday party and it took 2 HOURS for them to deliver. i called customer service multiple times and each time I was told "driver is on route" ... the store was located 10 minutes away and after waiting 2 hours I went to call to cancel and thats when the driver showed up. She carried the pizzas up to my house on their side (causing the pizza to be all over the place once I opened the boxes) but when I asked if she had change for a $20 she laughed and said she didn't even have her drivers licence!!! ARE YOU FOR REAL RIGHT NOW?!? This gives me zero confidence in this company. So I waited 2 hours for cold and damaged pizza - my son was so disappointed.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM GINOS PIZZA AGAIN. MAKE SURE YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO. I SHOULD HAVE READ...
