I think my expectations were too high because of the reviews here. I got the chicken noodle soup and jjajjangmyeon (black bean noodle). Both were ok and had flaws. The chicken soup was probably the better of the two. The chicken leg was big and cooked well, but the broth tasted like instant noodles with a strong taste of MSG. It was so salty the egg and carrot toppings just tasted like nothing. The black bean noodles were also very plain, even after getting a side of fried dumplings to complement it. Lastly, the side dishes... If you can even call them that, were really lacking. The only real one was the pickled radish while the rest were like chilli/hot sauces. Not the best Korean food in town for sure, but I guess its close location to the UofT campus can serve students well.

I don’t even know where to start. The food is amazing, can’t believe it took me so long to find them. The cook is also very nice. It’s just him all day every day. It’s interesting cause you see that the people in that small food court kinda feel like a small family. Lastly, the food. Amazing for its price. For people with huge stomachs like myself, get extra noodles for 3 dollars and you are good to go. Go check it out!

If I were a student at U of T, I would visit this place every day! This place is perfect for my lunch šŸ˜‹ The food is really fresh, delicious, and the portions are hugeā¤ļø Also, right next to this place, there is a restaurant called 'YUBU' where you can try Korean-style inari sushi. So if you visit here, you have to try these two restaurants together! It's amazing šŸ«¶šŸ» I am so happy that I found this place! ā¤ļø

I was very disappointed at this place. Food was okay but definitely overpriced. The worker knew we were dining in but still served everything in plastic containers and served hot soup in a them. The worst part was how workers there were unprofessional, they took over one of the dining tables and were chatting so loud. I felt like I shouldn’t be there listening to someone else’s conversations. I’d prefer mall food court because guksu make you pay the restaurant price but you get service worse than a mall food court. When we asked for a cup of water, they didnt even have a cup and offered a bowl… I also had to take the tray myself and...

Our new favourite takeout spot from Uber eats. We decided to give this place a try after seeing so many positive reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We’ve ordered 3 times already in the last 2 weeks. Both the beef and chicken soup are savoury and hearty, plus the portion size is very generous for a very reasonable price. They also pack the soup in a bag to prevent leakage, and it comes piping hot despite delivery during...
