Harvey's — Restaurant in Toronto

I went here today for lunch. Ordered a crispy chicken wrap combo and another wrap on side. Before I order, there was an old couple. I could easily tell that they were very confused about what to order and they took some time. I doubt the lady who was doing cash was expecting all the customers to be a "Harveys menu graduate". I felt bad but I'm no one to speak for someone. Then it was me. She was so rude that it made me feel bad as if I did something wrong.i noted her name and it starts with "S" and it was between 12 and 12.30. why do you show so much attitude to people? If you are working just for money go find something else. What you should be doing in a restaurant is service. We pay for the food and you are not supposed to act like you own it. I really hope she is not the manager, if so it would really be a bad example to others who work there. I used to work in Harveys, different location for almost two years and I know what I'm going to order. Even after being clear on my order she was not happy. So it's not the customer it's you. Very bad experience here tonight. Walked in 10 minutes before closing, was not greeted with a hello, but rather 2 very agitated employees obviously eager to get off work and with no interest in serving a paying customer. No hello, just eye rolls and sighs.

I tell her my order, and when the cashier asks to clarify something instead of asking politely she yells "WHICH ONE?"

But it gets worse. Both employees handled my food with bare hands, and while the cashier was waiting for food to be made she starts COUNTING MONEY and then went on to touch my food with the same hands!!! Absolutely disgusting and dangerous hygiene practices at this place. I opted not to say anything (almost did) because the cashier appeared to be in a horrible mood and I wasn't in the mood for a confrontation.

Cashier then handed me my food, rolled her eyes and went back to counting money. No thank you, no nothing. Probably going to get food...

Hard to rate. There are frustrating and nice aspects to this place. This Harvey's has a small parking lot beside, and space in front which is great for its Avenue Road location. It has plenty of seating including a few small booths, tables, and counter seating at the window. But, the entrance, food ordering, topping counter, and pick up area are all the same small space. It's quickly overcrowded and uncomfortable. Burgers are good. But, there isn't much bacon at all on the cheese & bacon angus burger.. I saw one small shriveled piece. The frickles were alright, but the sauce was not given by the employees. The chocolate milkshakes are truly disappointing. Don't bother if your a chocolate or icecream lover. The flavour is cheap and unnatural like a mcdonalds milkshake. The ingredients were fresh. Price was not Great for the level of service/amount of food. It...
