Food was good. Service on the other hand was brutal - very poor customer service. Took 10 minutes to receive my food (Junior Burger) from time of order. Staff are laughing, seem confused, moving slow and speaking a different language. Employee thought my order was already complete and threw it out without verifying/calling it out. There was no apology for the delay in service. Employee offered woman behind me free fries with her order who ordered 5 minutes after myself but the same service was not provided for my wait. I live in the neighbourhood and only noticed Harveys today, and thought I would go in using a discount voucher we got in the mailbox. It was my FIRST TIME at Harvey's ever! (I usually eat McD's) but I have to say, the ONION rings were great and the chicken burger was great. The 3 servers (guy with glasses, young lady, and Nelly) were wonderful. Nelly actually came up to me and asked me how the food and coffee was, as she saw me inspecting my food. I said GREAT and was impressed she actually came out from the back/counter and came to me. Great experience! I decided to go to harveys for the first time in 10 years and didn't regret it. I stopped going because this one place in mississauga once served me a cold sandwich.

Got hungry around midnight and headed over to try their buffalo poutine. Food was ready in like 6 minutes.
