Nice looking place. Seems clean. I have gone a few times to get some packaged food but never the pre-made nor the deli food. The place is always empty. This time I got deli & pirozhki - prices are comparable to other places. Cabbage pirozhki were ok, potato pirozhki were spoiled. Deli meats were also hit and miss - some were fine, a few went bad the next day, indicating they were not the freshest to begin with. I would not go back for pre-made and deli. Better to go a place that is not usually empty, and hence the turn around time on using up the opened deli and pre-made food is better. A quality European foods grocery store, with the lowest prices.

The store is large, but it's a bit hidden and you won't see it easily from Steels Ave. Selection is great - from perogies, salami, smocked meat, large selection of fruits, veggies, fish, salads and cakes. Quality of food is good, but the store is famous for its low prices.

We've been coming to that store for 15+ years, and they are never too busy. Try "blintzes with meat" - our family favorites...
