1. Appearance: 5/5⭐️ I have ordered Tonkotsu ramen and let me tell you.. it was beautiful! All the toppings looked vibrant, fresh, and appetizing. The bowl was assembled perfectly, and nothing got damaged or ruined during the delivery! 2. Smell: 5/5⭐️ Absolutely delicious and rich smell of bone broth, different notes of spices coming through, I truly enjoyed it! 3. Taste: 5/5⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience, all the flavours just come together and melt in your mouth!!! Meat was seasoned perfectly, broth was so rich and filling, egg was marinated and full of zing! Noodles with the veggies were cooked to perfection. 4. Texture: 5/5⭐️ I only have one thing to say - Everything melts in your mouth! 5. Temperature: 5/5⭐️ Soup was delivered piping hot and ready! 6. Flavour: 5/5⭐️ Each ingredient brought in its own unique flavour that balanced so well together. Not a single thing was bland, thank you for taking time and truly making sure that every ingredient on the dish is perfect! 7. Price: 5/5⭐️ Very reasonably priced for the quality and the amount of food that you’re getting! 15.50$ for a ramen and you will be satisfied no doubt! I think I just found my new favourite ramen spot!

I'm not sure where to start, but the food here is terrible. Save yourself the poor experience, time, and money. Head to Musoshin, Ramen Isshin or Ramen Raijin instead. The noodles were not traditional ramen—don’t let the menu copy fool you. These were just basic egg noodles, the kind you’d find in a typical CHINESE restaurant for wonton lo mein. Absolutely not the same thing. The broth, advertised as rich and creamy, was simply a slightly dressed-up instant ramen broth. The eggs were overcooked, not jammy at all, and why put bean sprouts in everything? We also tried the tsukemen dipping ramen, which should come with tsukemen-style noodles. But again, we got plain old egg noodles. Dipping broth was bland, a bit tangy and not how tsukemen broth should be at all. Pork was cold, floppy and not charred as the much more authentic better places do. I'm honestly shocked this place has such high ratings. It feels like they’re catering to people who aren’t familiar with authentic Japanese cuisine. Don’t get the rice balls/onigiri either—cold, bland, dry, just terrible.

This place is awesome, the ramen is made fresh in house daily and it’s really really good. Thanks place is definitely 5 stars but I have given it a 4 because as take out, the broth you get to add to the noodles just isn’t hot enough. Given the covid situation they can only do takeout and the container I’m sure can’t handle a super hot broth, so likely no issue with the owner/management of this operation. But I have to rate it based on what you are going to get, and I wish I could do half stars, because the only knock is the temperature of that broth, and this problem exists with other ramen shops as well. I have it at 4 stars but it’s really a 5 given the quality and deliciousness of the food you get. If you do get takeout, transfer to another bowl, heat up that broth on your stove for a min or two and you will get the in restaurant experience you are looking for. Check these guys out, so glad they are in the neighborhood.
