I loved Kung Fu Tea (college and spadina location) as it has given the best service but this location was so awful. I never had such bad tea and service. I ordered Mango yogurt slush but it had mostly yogurt. I could barely taste mango. I also ordered a mango slush with brown sugar pearls but the pearls tasted so bad and that one barely had any sweetness. It tasted watery. Moreover, the employee who was working at the time was really rude. I was happy to find a kung fu location open till midnight but I wish I had checked the reviews before driving there to meet my bubble tea craving cause it was one of the worst!

I don't think this location follows proper procedure. Ordered a Fresh Taro Green Milk Tea. The employee placed the drink on the counter without calling out the order. Pearls had the texture like the kind that come in instant bubble tea or the bubble tea ice cream where you bite through it like an Agar Jelly with no chew. Definitely not consistent with pearls from well-rated Kung Fu Teas. Tea flavour was extremely lacking. The amount of fresh taro given was so little. Would not come back here.

the worst kung fu tea I’ve ever tried. I asked for large tea, but eventually I got medium or small size. and at first I was so confused so I didn’t even asked the cashier when he gave it to me. and there were just a little bit of milk tea, the rest was tapioca and ice, so I could even drink it. awful experience. don’t recommend it.

Tl;dr atrocious service, when doing drink orders online, I mostly feel like I get ripped off. Prices they display is different to what they charge.

UPDATE bumped into the owners while spending my membership points which said they will rectify the issue. Will give it some time to see whether service improves.

UPDATE 2 Went back, anonymously online ordered a cold drink and came warm. 🤯 Not better, review is staying at 1 star.

I have come to this location on several occasions now. At first, it was fine and while the service is horrendously slow, the drinks were accurate.

The last few times we have ordered online, when you put "less ice" and in the comments add "please put as little ice as possible", literally the entire cup is ice. When you the one you complain there is too much ice the server behind the counter (with headphones on talking to her friend on the phone) does absolutely nothing.

Also, I had added 2x tapioca and only got 1 order. Almost every online order I have placed is literally incorrect.

Then when you go in and order, it takes 20 mins to get a drink. Literally the slowest bubble tea place in the city.

Since they have opened a few months ago, the front counter menu now has tape over it with no new prices. Yet, their menu over head has the old prices. In retail, it's illegal to advertise prices but charge something different.

Won't go back. Tried 5x now, service has gotten...
