Tacorrito: A Mashup with Mixed Results
As the name suggests, Tacorrito is a blend of taco and burrito vibes, but don’t come expecting traditional Mexican fare. It’s a no-frills joint with limited seating and a straightforward menu. The portion sizes are generous, which is always a win, but the fusion approach doesn’t quite hit the mark.
Out of everything, the fish taco stood out as the clear winner—fresh, flavorful, and probably the only thing I’d come back for. The rest? Let’s just say the name Tacorrito kind of prepares you for the unconventional takes.

The food was horrible. When I stepped out of the establishment, I opened my container to find that the tacos I had ordered had spilled. There was nothing (napkins, foil, etc.) to separate the tacos from spilling. However, I still grabbed a spoon and tried to eat it. Ground beef was tasteless, not seasoned, and had absolutely no flavour. I didn't even eat the chicken taco because it contained large chunks of pink bits, which I assumed were chicken pieces that had fallen out. Overall, it seemed to be a large salad bowl with mushy taco shells and meat.

Took 2 tacos and you’re allowed to vary the protein in it.
Had the Spicy fish tacos and Ground beef tacos. You can choose between corn or flour tortillas.
You can see they were made with a lot of care and were quite fresh. Both were awesome!
Chimichanga (fried burrito) was delicious too.
