Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Onwer is Rude and Condesending! It was a great experience until one day in Jan 2022 they got my order wrong. I came home with the wrong 2 pizzas. The next day i went to replace the pizza, as i felt as a regular customer i should not have to continue eating this salty pizza( my order was wrong). The owner called me a Lier....that his employee did not nothing wrong, questioned me why i did not call right away. I said i am sorry but it was late, and i was not going to drive back the same night to replace it. My son had eaten sliceses of one of the pizza already. The owner is arrogant, rude and please hope that they dont get your order wrong as they don't care about customer experience. He did replace one of the pizza, and refused to replace the half eaten one. 10 days later I decided to put this behind me, as my son loves Little Ceasers and I came to order again, he refused to sell to me saying that he does not want problems again very rudely. I told him if they get my order right then there would be no issue. He also treatened to call the cops if i came back to his property as I was so taken aback that he won't sell me. I have never had such a horrible exprience with a company before, not only they got my order wrong, but now I am treated with the Police because I questioned why would he do that????This is absolutely crazy! I bought pizza every week from your location for the past 6 months, and you the Owner even had the nerv to tell me you have never seen me there before. Horrible horrible customer experience!...

I order from this location all the time and so does the rest of my family. I’ve never complained one time and my experience last time was not a good one. I ordered 2 buffalo chicken wing sauces on the side with my pizza and had my boyfriend go pick it up. He came home with a pizza and 2 packs of buffalo wings. I don’t eat buffalo wings and he doesn’t like them it was an extra $20 plus tax for this mistake and when we called back the second time to order again they only replaced one set of wings. It was the owners mistake that he heard me wrong and he argued with me on the phone about how he is not going to replace the second box of wings so I had to pay for a mistake that he made. He gave me an ultimatum on the phone and was very rude to me talking to me like I’m a child. My boyfriend went in to get our second order and he apologized and told him people complain to try to get free stuff from them all the time and he can’t replace the second box of wings. I can understand if on my file there were many complaints but I’ve never complained once to any little caesars restaurant. Very poor customer service. The owner...

Sunday, June 9, 2024 I saw those commercials for the Crazy Puffs stuffed with KD. The promise of ooey-gooey cheesiness hooked me. So I ordered delivery through Skip. Boy was I disappointed.

The tarts were dry and couldn't have been further from ooey-gooey. And bland to boot! Needed some spice and a better prep job on the mac. Can't give 2.5 stars but I'll give 3 for my amazing 2 topping thin crust pie 😋!

Wednesday, May 7, 2023 Today was the second time I had Crazy Puffs delivered (the cheese ones). They sure are tasty! Hope they keep them on the menu permanently.
