Please type "Subhan Halal Pizza" in YouTube to witness ACTUAL customer service provided by this sham shop. (Google won't post a review with links/URLs)
If nothing else, just consider this, If they are willing to force a customer to accept food that they KNOW that the customer KNOWS is compromised what are they doing behind your back? are you willing to risk eating potentially compromised food?
Beware that many of the reviews within the past week are FAKE and appear to be an attempt to falsely boost ratings, you can simply click on the names with two or three ratings and see that they are all reviewing the same two shops, Subhan pizza and a barber shop some 8 kilometers away!
For those who are not inclined to see the customer service in action, a description of what happened is below.
On Jan 26, 2019, at 4:30 PM I placed an order with Aziz for two Pizzas (Party Size and Extra Large) to be delivered TWO hours later at 6:30 PM at my residence. I needed to offer Aziz all my info has he wasn't really motivated to ask for it himself, I had to offer him the address, the phone and finally when I told him my name he flat out said it isn't needed at all.
The pizzas did not arrive at all and by 6:42 PM I called the shop, Ferooz picked up and said that the Pizza has been delivered, when I told him that it has not been delivered and told him the address again, he said he'll call back, he did call back two minutes later and asked me to go down to Suite 506 to collect ONE of my pizzas which they had delivered there!
When I tried to clarify if he is asking me to collect a pizza that has already been delivered to another family, he said that he will call me again and hung up, He did NOT call me back and then at 6:52 I called the shop again trying to figure out what's going on, their answer was an ambiguous "we'll sort it out" when I said I needed a clear answer, and if their plan is for them to collect the pizza from someone's home and give it to me, Ferooze tried to spin the same sham answer again. I had a bunch of kids who were expecting to be fed at 6:30 making all sorts of noises in the other room, despite that I was very civil with Ferooz he said "Don't order again" As if after this horrendous service any dumb fool will ever order from them again!
At 7 PM 2.5 Hours after placing the order the delivery guy Syed came with the smaller pizza which he picked up from unit 506 after it had been there for quite some time. He simply did not have the other pizza at all! He was a polite and straight forward guy, I don't think any of this was his fault at all. He admitted that the shop had gotten the address wrong and that the other unit even told him that this wasn't their pizza.
I called the shop and told Ferooz that since both the pizzas aren't there and because the pizza is compromised I cannot accept it and that I need a refund. instead of telling his delivery guy to refund me Ferooze asked me to come to the shop.
Next day I went to the shop to get a refund where Ferooze tried to wiggle out of giving a refund, I had to lawyer up to get him to admit that he had 1- Made a mistake (address) 2- Sent the order late (despite ordering TWO hours ahead of schedule) 3- Did not send the complete order. Despite all that Ferooz initially refused to give me the refund telling me I am not "worth" my refund. Then he said he needs to deduct cost of the food! I had to threaten him with small claims court to eventually get my refund.
He flat out refused to say sorry because I wasn't "worth it" I promised him that I will be putting the whole conversation online, I have now done so and kept my promise.
Just check out his response to people who have given him a negative review below. Not a single apology to ANYONE, NO ONE is worth his highness to say sorry after he messes up. Aziz had a similar attitude.
They rely on FAKE reviews to boost their business.

Today 6th April 2024, he asked us that the pizza will be ready in 15 minutes, when we went after 15 minutes the shop was closed, when we went behind he was still there but was not ready to give the pizza. If he was not there, it was a different story, but after being present there you are not ready to give really shocked me. He was in a hurry to leave. I don't know with such attitude how they are surviving the business. This is not the first time earlier also several times I have felt that by serving us they are doing favor on us. We are paying you for what you serve you are not giving us free. I usually don't write any bad reviews, but I was observing their behaviour and attitude for a long time now, and what they did today really shocked me. We too have self respect. You are not the only halal pizza store in Toronto. This was the last time, I have been here now. Edit: You don't accept your mistake and correct yourself and instead blame the customer this is the type of customer service you have. I knew you are going to write this nonsense because I have read about other customers who tried to correct you and you did the same thing. There was Khan Pizza before you there and I was their regular customer but when you took over I saw the attitude and behaviour and start coming less, now I'll never come after seeing such reply from you. Mocking, insulting and embarrassing customer is your hobby. So I'm not shocked, and who is lying Allah knows better, and for treating customer like this you should have shame not me. Also I go to dozens of restaurants including pizza stores in Toronto, like Express Pizza, Pizza6, Late Night Pizza etc. and their quality is thousand times better than you, and for some I'm their loyal customer for more than 15 years now and more than anything I like the way they treat you, which is the basic of any customer service. A person like you will never understand that, because you are ready with excuse as soon as you see someone is pointing your mistake. You have to go and first learn the basic ethic of how to speak with customer before anything else. The customer who like your quality also have the taste and standard like you, they might have not tasted any other pizza. Alhamdulillah I'm not poor but definitely the quality of your pizza and your service is poor. This can be very well seen from the way you reply your customers. I never claimed whether I'm a good or bad Muslim, my Allah knows better whether I'm a good or bad Muslim. You are no one too tag me about it. 3 days later, a police officer called me and said that subhan pizza said that I harassed them.
I didnt say anything to them even though they were very rude when i picked up the pizza, didnt say anything about their horrible pizza, and minded my own business. They still for some reason decided to take my phone number and lie about me "consistently harassing them over years".
I am not surprised that the police acted on bad information, and I am not surprised that yet another toronto pizza place has no standards, but having them lie to the police about me harassing them after having only visited them once, is a new level of low for restaurants in toronto.
TL;DR don't order pizza from here unless you want to be unfairly reported to the police for harassment that...
