Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

The bathroom here was nasty. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The sink had grimeyness. The staff were super nice and even during the grey lockdown stage, they came in so that way we can have our coffee. The flow of the line-up is a bit awkward which makes distancing feel like a big stress dance. The staff was doing everything that they can with the space that they have. Having someone at the door directing people where to wait may seem like a ridiculous task, but honestly, it'll receive the staff making our food and coffee.

Also the dude that was working ever so patiently with the dudette and her gift card was very calm even with her getting lippy. (Saturday Dec 19, 2020 around the noonish hour) Kudos to you! This is an amazing location. I’ve never once had issues and I come visit regularly. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Update: changed my review as my experiences have changed. They charge an extra 50 cents now for cream (lol) and I’ve watched on multiple occasions a manager/supervisor (that I haven’t ever seen previously..) yelling at the staff in another language. Really unsettling and uncomfortable experience to be around. I used to come to this location all the time but I won’t be coming back now. I was going to ignore but scolding a staff member infront of customers is unprofessional and creates an extremely uncomfortable environment. McDonald’s is cheaper and a better environment so I’ll be taking my business there from now on. Constantly wrong orders, no happy face on any staff, I use to like this place as it's on my way to work and had no issue but from few months it's getting worse As today also I ordered sausage farmers wrap no egg cheese is good and add bacon in it with medium steeped tea and hashbrown to make it a combo Firstly the staff tried to charged me with regular farmers wrap and just told other staff to remove egg this way I get charged more so told her theirs an option for no egg no cheese farmers wrap she said there's no such option but the other staff knew how to do it so they changed it.
