Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Toronto

Alright I didn't want to do this but I've tried to email where they will tell you to email if you leave a bad review on here. I emailed on May second and haven't heard a peep. So now it must come to this. My next step will be the health board. I had no issue with my food. My issue was I went to the bathroom and was hit with one of the most heinous, vile and awful smells it literally almost knocked me over and made me almost projectile vomit all over the floor. When I turned around to leave I saw a gross used mop just sitting used on the floor. Without a mop bucket that's a health hazard just so you know. As I was leaving I informed the woman at the front counter of my concerns and she literally Just laughed in my face and said she would go in and check it out. I informed her that she should probably wear a mask before entering as the smell is horrendous. She again just laughed in my face and as I was leaving she turned around to tell her fellow employee who both were chuckling about it. I don't know what kind of operation you have going on at the 3199 Dufferin street location in Toronto (North York) but it is clearly miss managed as the employees must hate it there as they are laughing at the fact their public restrooms are disgusting. I did not want to post this on your Google review page and inform the health board but depending on the response I get I will as someone could get seriously ill. Please have some standards and hold yourselves, your franchise owners and staff accountable for this.
