First time revisiting here since the renos

Stood at cash waiting to order for over 5 mins before an employee acknowledged us.. once they did the employee walked away mid question and said someone else would come. When that next employee came she went to a closed register to scan our online app code which then deactivated it. We had to wait another 5 mins for a manager to come over who proceeded to solve the problem but gave attitude while doing so. It took her so long to come over because she was on the phone talking and laughing with another employee who was going to be late. Because of the error with our coupon we weren’t able to collect points to redeem for a free item as were supposed to be able to. Food took forever, service was not goood and restaurant is less customer friendly than before. Seems the whole Reno was just for them to maximize on their $ and not for the customer experience. Took out fountain drink machine to refill drinks, chairs and uncomfortable and no more proper booth seats like before only chairs / chair style benches. Overall overpriced and overrated.

Overall never loved this McDonald’s before because of the service, sloppiness and staff attitude but this will likely be one of my last visits here with this new Reno. So poorly thought out and definitely was not for the customers benefit, just the...

I’ve never liked McDonald’s much and probably haven’t eaten at a McDonald’s in a year at least but their latest advertising where they’re flogging their waffle fries and spicy chicken McNuggets got me going so I decided to try them today. I don’t know why I thought anything would have changed in the last year with McDonald’s but honestly it was absolutely horrible. They’re advertising that the waffle fries are so crunchy, well, not mine, they were as soft and chewy is they come absolutely disgusting. They didn’t even have the spicy crispy nuggets. The girl at the drive-through window said they don’t make them anymore. News to me, I’m sure I saw an advertisement for them yesterday. Had to ask for ketchup and went over and parked in a parking spot to eat. Opened the bag and no napkins. The fries with a crispy chicken on a bun which wasn’t crispy either, cost me almost $15. Unbelievable. ...

A simple thing as a coffee mistake turned into a bad service experience. I purchased my coffee.....then almost walked out....when i uncovered the cap to see it was only black coffee and not a cream and sugar coffee i returned to the counter and asked if it can be done over to the customized as requested....the attendant and indian lady said he is your cream and sugar customize it yourself.....i did nothing wrong.......thats horrible service.....i said really for something so simple.....i told her specifically i would neevr come back to this establishment again after being a customer there for years. I'd rather make the extra drive to go to another McDonald's establishment to be treated with more respect...
