This is by far the worst McDonald's I know of.
1: I called to check Holiday in 2017 on the day of, and they told me they were open for breakfast, I arrived at 11 and found out they wouldn't open until after noon.
2: The ice cream machine is always "broken" all summer long if you come after dark the machine is "broken" this is actually due to it being cleaned, which should be done overnight or early morning, instead of at 9:30pm-1:00am.
3: They are so very, very slow. You go in and wait 30 minutes (from the time you order), you think maybe they prioritize drive through, but they don't - I've hit 38 minutes from the time I pulled into drive through until I receives my food.
4: They manage to get even the simplest orders wrong. I have to always check everything before I leave because something is always missing, be it an entire item, or an ingredient (pay for tomato, find they've removed cheese - on the chicken wraps happens nearly every time).
5: They lock the dining room hours before it is set to close. I've arrived to a locked dining room and found it locked at 10, why, so I can be the only car in the drive through and still wait 10 to 15 minutes.
6: The dining room, washrooms and area in front of the counters are filthy and strewn with garbage. The cans are often overflowing.
Why do I ever go back you might ask? I don't anymore, but I had the misfortune of living nearby up until last summer and like their coffee and Mcflurries.

Read moreIf I can give no stars i would! I Bought food yesterday for take out. Upon opening my food at home, i found out that the 6pcs nuggets is not included. I called the store right away and expresses my concern. The lady I spoke to apologized and asked me to come back any time of the week to get it and she will let the manager know. Asked for my name and said that I can get it right away by just saying my name. I clarified and repeated what she said. The Next day, I went and asked nicely for the nuggets. The manager Adita, said there was no log about the conversation I had the day before and she looked at me like I was lying! Like it was my fault! This location always get the orders wrong! May it be delivery, take out or dine in! She Asked me what card I used, what time, how much did I pay for, what day i ordered, and food ordered along with it. She is asking questions after questions without giving me time to think about what I ordered. She said I can’t even tell her the items ordered along with the nuggets! She said the card doesn’t match the card used for the order, i told her I used apple pay. I even showed her the amount deducted on my bank account! And she was about to say something else like “next time you should…” and I exploded, told her that she is the manager. She should tell her employees to do better! Read moreI am a consumer and delivery person. I often shop at this restaurant, and the process of picking up meals is normal, and I haven't experienced those bad reviews on Google reviews. But today, I went to pick up food as a delivery guy and their staff was rude. When I walked to the door of the store, an employee told me that the store was closed and asked me to drive to the drive-thru. When I got on the drive-thru, they told me to go to the other door to pick up my order. I told them that I've been in the drive-thru for a long time because of one of your employees, don't waste our time with each other and give me the food directly from the window. They didn't give it and insisted that I go to the other side door to pick it up, and told me if I want to wait, just wait, they just don't give it to me. Then I raised the car's window and fought them to the end. After ten minutes, they yelled at me, you've blocked the driveway and you have to leave. I was like "Are you serious?" In the end, they still gave me the food through the window. I wonder why they don't know how to work around it? Why should I bear the fault of their employees? I'll add that I don't lack the money for delivery, and I also have a restaurant if my staffs are so rude they'll just get fired.
