I called ahead today to place a pickup order—right in the middle of lunch hours—expecting the lunch portion and pricing. When I arrived and paid, I let the cashier know I had intended to order the lunch version. That’s when she tells me I “should have specified it.”

Excuse me? How exactly am I supposed to specify something that isn’t even listed as an option on your own website? Instead of resolving the issue, she charges me the higher price without hesitation.

And when I pointed out the price discrepancy literally seconds later, she hits me with “we don’t do refunds.” So if you overcharge someone, you just... keep the money? That’s your policy?

To make matters worse, when I opened the food, it was basically a mountain of rice with maybe a teaspoon of sauce. Like... hello??? Does the sauce even exist??? Are you rationing flavor now? I don’t know who thought that ratio was acceptable, but it was borderline insulting.

It’s crystal clear this place DOES NOT prioritize customer satisfaction. This was my second visit, and it’ll definitely be my last. The staff here clearly could not care less. They’ll overcharge you without blinking and serve up dry, flavorless food with zero remorse. Honestly, it’s no surprise this location has terrible reviews....

This place just opened up in the area a few weeks ago. Saw some negative reviews but took a chance - am so glad that I did. I have a new quick sushi meal go-to place now!

Odered pickup there twice now, again today. Both times the food has been outstanding. The salmon very fresh, tuna very fresh. All the types of rolls were prepared very well and the food looks very appetizing. Seaweed was sweet and fresh tasting. Opening up the tray our meal smells like the ocean, not fishy at all.

Generous amounts of soya, ginger, and wasabi were provided.

Friendly, quick, courteous service both times I've been here. Quick and easy to place a phone order.

It's geared as a quick stop in and pickup place, order-ahead and pickup place, or delivery base. Just a very small amount of seating not really meant for eat-in, which is good with me. You couldn't bring a party of 10 here to dine-in. Both times I was there many drivers and other locals stopping in to pick up their orders.

The value for money is outstanding compared to most sushi places, at or near the top of what I've encountered.

Went in to order at the counter and ordered the Chicken Terikyaki Poke. The guy asked what I wanted for my rice and sauce based and I chose steamed rice and teriyaki sauce base. Waited for what felt like nearly 20 minutes because they were so busy prioritizing UberEATS orders. Luckily I was feeling patient.

When I finally got my order and was about to dig in, I noticed THERE’S NO TERIYAKI SAUCE!!! So I had just paid $16 for plain chicken and rice poke bowl with the veggies, with no teriyaki sauce! What a ripoff! I should’ve known something was up because I overheard the men in the kitchen speaking their language and then “teriyaki”. If they’d run out of teriyaki sauce, at least they should’ve told me.
