For all the Tiramisu lovers and for the rest of you that are on the fence and want to give Tiramisu another chance try Nonna Lia Tiramisu and you will never regret it. We tried several flavours but fell in love with the Mango & Passion Fruit flavor. Sooo fresh and sooo tasty. Several months ago my husband and myself got sick with Covid, we both lost the taste and the smell, were stuck inside the home and ordered 2 flavours of Nonna Lia's Tiramisu. Since we love both Mango & Passion Fruit we chose it and to our delight we got a hint of taste of this combination of fruits and ordered again, and when quaratine was over we drove to the store and bought it again. Today we were invited to a last minute gathering and decided to bring dessert as a surprise. I ordered from the Scarborough location however when the store opened we were advised that they only had 2 containers and I needed 6 so I cancelled the order and called the number on the web. It was 2:30 pm and the party was at 6 pm. I sent a message via chat and within a few minutes Nico contacted me back. He sent us the link to place the order directly with the store on Bathurst, he contacted the staff there to prepare it and within 1 h my husband picked it up on his way back from the office. I was really impressed by the fast response, Nico's help to have the staff prepare and get us the product we wanted on such a short notice, the service provided by the staff when my husband picked up the order. I thought that both Nico and the staff deserve a good review. I had no ideea who Nico was till I went on the web to write the review. My friends fell in love with this combo flavour and I think Nonna Lia will get future orders. Nico - Thank you for everything and for creating these amazing treats based on your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been seeing these desserts from nonna Lia on Instagram feed and have been wanting to try for the past 2 years. We finally get the chance to try it today. Drove to this location assuming it's a bakery, but it's actually a bubble tea store, and they carry ready-made desserts(Nonna lia) supplied to them. I went quite late at night and the best sellers (mango passion fruit toramisu and classic Tiramisu) were sold out, nevertheless since I was there I wanted to try atleast something so we got the 'Hazelnut Tiramisu' and 'Pistachio Tiramisu'. I enjoyed these cakes or desserts, whatever you call it. The mascrepone is very light, airy, and cake at the bottom itself is very moist. The lady at the counter was kinda rushing for us to just buy and leave her store as these products are secondary, which she is reselling and seemed rude when I asked a few questions. So that's where this loses 2 stars for bad customer service. So these desserts were priced at $22 each for maybe 250gm weight. Honestly, they are way overpriced, and I cannot justify spending $22 for such a small quantity. Now I agree there's if there's quality then there's less quality but I could get a cake with same ingredient and taste from maybe metro or longos. Antways I enjoyed the desserts but would never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went here last night to get the pistachio tiramisu, and even the guy working there took our order like he knew we were about to be ripped off. $22. Quickly scurried to the back where he pulled out a small container for a $22 bill and put it into a bag, and handed it to us. The Tiramisu itself was good. Not outstanding for the price. Other Italian restaurants like Lamannas use high-quality products and charge half the price.. You all did me dirty.

My issue is that you are charging so much for a product that really has no reason to be that expensive in the first place. Especially given the quantity.. I've had the viral Tiramisu in Dubai at Public with the most amazing view right in front of the Burj Khalifa, and it was $13 Canadian .. but your Tiramisu being sold out of a bubble tea shop at midland and...
