Osmow's is very different than the usual Shawarma; with delicious sauces & plenty of options to choose from (fries, salad, lamb/beef/chk, spice level, vegetarian etc). Chicken Shawarma plate & Sandwich were both very good. Philly Chicken Sandwich was very nice as well & Falafel Platter was great with freshly cooked Falafels. Expensive but prices on par with other Shawarma brands. Shawarmas are usually all the same with the sauces making up all the taste. At Osmow's, the texture of the meat is different than regular shawarma, the sauces have their unique taste and the sandwich is humongous. Beware: Its very difficult to control the sandwiches because of their huge size, tons of meat and sauces flowing all over. You either become a messy eater or eat sandwich with a fork! Its difficult to even pepare one which is why half of them end up broken & irating people who want it in single piece with evenly spread sauces. Maybe cutting them into 2 or 3 pieces will help. The only complaint is Baklawa. It was the worst Baklawa we have had. Not fresh & all soggy. Not worth giving them a bad rating since they are not a sweet shop. But my suggestion is to take it off the menu so it does not make them look bad.

Hey! Here's another mushinmedia review. This Osmow's location provides you with a unique experience as it has outdoor patio that backs onto a ravine. It's a stand alone location with plenty of free parking including accessible entrances. There is only 1 vehicle entrance via Burnhamthorpe Cres. which may make it tricky when driving during busy rush hour times. Aside from that it's easy to drive to. Service was quick and efficient and they have plenty of staff working the kitchen. They seem to be following covid protocols by separating entrances and exits. Washrooms are closed and dine-in is unavailable at this time of writing. We were in and out within a few minutes and enjoyed dinner. We're happy that this location uses better takeout containers compared to other locations that use styrofoam. All in all we would definitely visit this location again to eat outside on the patio Funny side note: they have a ton of Norm Powell posters and he left the Raptors. Wonder if he will keep his sponsorship going with Osmow's. Follow for more reviews , @mushinmedia

Better to go to lezzet up the street on Dixie or shawarnado for a better and cheaper option in the area. The price is as higher then the options I suggested, you want to try again to win me over message me! Chicken Shawarma on salad at this location wasn’t that good, the chicken was dry and cold. Big problem when it’s cold, should have been warm at the very least. The salad was proper but the cold taste and being dry didn’t satisfy the taste buds. The hot sauce was full of flavour and gave a good kick The salad had cucumbers, green peppers, olives, tomato’s and feta. A + I wanted to love it but stepping in I knew what to expect. Maybe cause they opened a week ago or maybe all locations are like this. For me just make the chicken hot which likely would be juicy.

If you're craving mouthwatering shawarma, look no further than Osmows! Nestled in [167 E liberty st. Etobicoke], this restaurant exceeded all my expectations for a delightful dining experience.

From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and clean, with a friendly staff ready to assist. The menu boasts an impressive array of shawarma options, each crafted with care and bursting with flavor. Whether you prefer chicken, beef, or even falafel, Osmows delivers a perfect blend of tender meat or crispy falafel wrapped in warm, fluffy pita bread.

I opted for their signature chicken shawarma, and I was blown away by how juicy and flavorful it was. The meat was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, complemented by fresh vegetables and their signature garlic sauce that added a zesty kick. Each bite was a harmony of textures and tastes that left me craving more.

The portions at Osmows are generous, ensuring that even the heartiest appetites are satisfied. Pair your meal with their crispy fries or a refreshing salad for a complete experience that hits all the right notes.

Service at Osmows is prompt and attentive, making sure every customer feels valued and leaves with a smile. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive, making it a great value for your money.

Whether you're a shawarma enthusiast or simply looking to explore new flavors, Osmows is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and try more of their tempting menu offerings. Don't miss out on this gem—your taste buds...

Absolutely terrible experience today. I got a shawarma combo, and my expectations were nowhere near met. I ordered garlic sauce on the side for my fries which I was charged for. I did not get the garlic sauce so I was charged extra for no reason. I asked for garlic and Tahini on my shawarma but I only received a very minimal amount of garlic and there was 0 Tahini. I also asked for lettuce, pickles and onions on my shawarma but I only received lettuce and pickles. The restaurant was empty so I don’t know why the service was terrible. The food was also cold and tasted bad. The fries were cold and bIand, and the shawarma was incredibly dry because of the lack of garlic sauce. I wouldn’t come here again even if the prices were halved. I also had a big discount for the food and the prices were still outrageous! I would give this a 0/5 if I could. One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to Would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope this restaurant can take this advice and reflect on how they can improve their restaurant for the better, because as it stands, I would never come here again. This is the first time I have ever written a review because of how horrible the overall...
