Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Rating based on service and workers. My go to pizza place, but I haven’t been to the new location. Ordered online for promo and the incompetent workers didn’t add any toppings. When I asked why they only did cheese when I ordered 4 toppings, the brown lady asked me how she’s supposed to know MY toppings if it’s mixed and I should’ve told her earlier, even though I ordered it online. Regardless of ordering online or in person, why would they do only cheese if my order mentions 4 toppings?? I spoke to her for clarification and to pay for my order, and had the audacity to blame me by saying I was just standing there when I should’ve told her first. Why do I have to tell anything if I placed the order already? I even mentioned it’s her job to speak to customers even if they’re just “standing”. I work at a restaurant too during late hours, it can be tough and they could’ve resolved by remaking my order, I mean I hadn’t paid yet either even thought the food would’ve gone to waste (not customers issue if it was made wrong). I don't usually leave reviews but I feel like I have to because this deserves to be broadcasted. I ordered delivery last night - an XL double cheeseburger pizza, and an 8" chocolate chip cookie and double chocolate chip brownie. Oh My God. THE BEST pizza we have ever had. It actually tasted like a delicious juicy cheeseburger. The toppings came together like a brilliant work of art, it was just genius. The toppings themselves were fresh, lush, juicy, clearly high quality ingredients. We couldn't stop eating. The delivery was FAST! We really appreciated the humanness of them coming to our door during this plandemic with a 99% survival rate and bogus PCR test. We will definitely be ordering The Best Pizza in the city again, and telling all our friends and family about the great culinary art and excellent customer service your senses will be delighted to find at Papa John's. Very unprofessional service given over the phone with no reasonable explanation as to why I was queued in the call without anyone telling me why as it was near closing hours. As all I was trying to do was place a simple order over the phone for delivery, and I just got thrown in the queue randomly without being told if their busy, or their on another line, or they don't take deliveries right now which i was told neither of that. Just confused on why because when I called back 2 more times than they let me order, which was only in a span of 2 minutes so I'm not understanding why I could not receive a explanation for it, and why after they finally decided to take my order I honestly feel like, they purposely were not trying to take my order.
