My mum (seen in the photo) and I came here during the week for lunch, directly from the the physiotherapist at the nearby sports medicine studio. We were absolutely thrilled with the beautifully prepared and served delicious food AND the 0% alcohol cocktails. This is what so many family members and colleagues who enjoy a drink, but whose health situation has made them give up alcoholic drinks. This really is the best of both worlds! ps we came here for lunch two weeks later after another physiotherapy appointment and had different, equally delicioius, menu items -- I truly highly recommend this lovely brunch and lunch spot.

This early sunny afternoon I had the pleasure of tasting the Empanada Trio paired with a Lemon Verbena Soda. Enjoying a wonderful lunch with locally sourced and roasted French Press Coffee with a touch of cream. A Shrimp Empanada paired with Tartar, a Sweet Potato version paired with a light salsa, and a Beef Empanada paired with Gravy the Beef was braised in. I strongly recommend bringing your loved ones to a table and then enjoying a walk in the col light breeze of Lake Ontario.

I went for brunch with some girlfriends and was blown away by the food and service. We tried several items on the thoughtfully curated menu and every bite was delicious. I had the sweet potato latke and it was the perfect balance of flavor - savory, with a hint of sweetness and saltiness. Everything is made in house and even the oyster are shucked table-side. Don’t sleep on their vast selection of zero proof cocktails and drinks. I had a mule and it was very tasty.

Go and support them until they get their liquor license and have lineups to get in. It's an intimate space full of atmosphere and great people.

A friend raved about their eggs benny and they did not disappoint! And their home fries were even better, quite a surprise.

However, their cassoulet (which apparently is a crowd favourite and I wish I had listened to the owner Neil) - was simply AMAZING! The flavours were deep and delicous. You just have to go and try it. Service was fast.

Try their Sap Sucker sparkling drinks too (making maple syrup via a centrifuge extracts the water), not too sweet and quite refreshing. I love how truly Canadian a product it is.

A great addition to the neighbourhood. I'll be back. PS. They make great...

Pinky Swear is one of those rare places that instantly feels like a favourite the moment you walk in. It somehow strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and elevated. The space is warm, stylish, and intimate.

The food is absolutely phenomenal. The dishes we tried were thoughtfully prepared with bold flavours, beautiful plating, and surprising combinations that work perfectly. The menu is inventive and you can tell there’s real passion and precision behind it.

The owner, Neil, is so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so genuinely welcoming…you’re in great hands from start to finish.

Pinky Swear is top-tier and...
