This is a HORRIBLE location! We ordered a pepperoni pizza light sauce and got a pepperoni pizza with light sauce light cheese and two slices with mushrooms on it?? We tried to call and complain so they could make it right and they didn’t answer the phone lol
A completely separate visit we ordered the margherita pizza and they DICED the tomatoes??? I’ve ordered it plenty of times from other locations.. never had diced tomatoes. Weird.
Check the box infront of staff if you go to this location. I’m not sure what their problem is but they don’t make pizza properly and then when you try to give them the opportunity to fix it (lol) they don’t answer the phone.
Also to the manager of this location… we have to PAY for a certain amount of pizzas to get POINTS so that we can claim free pizzas. If you’re seriously gonna skimp on toppings because we claimed a free pizza (when that’s the whole purpose behind having an account and the reward system) then you should probably reevaluate how you run the business and...

Called back driver to tell him he was wrong and owes me a pop and he did not pass msg to store, i didnt recieve the pop i paid for. This time they gave me 1 free pop from last time. This time I ordered same as last time, but on the website it doesn't allow u to remove items off pizza so u have to call back the store after every online order to tell them to remove mushrooms. So this time when I said same order as last time I assumed they knew not to add mushrooms because SAME ORDER MEANS SAME WAY U SENT THE ORDER LAST TIME. I'm so done with this store. Read morePlaced an order online and was upset when I got the receipt and realized things I didn't want and hadn't ordered had been added. I called Pizza Hut immediately to cancel the order and got the call centre. They said they couldn't do anything as the order was made online and I would have to deal with the location itself. However the location itself refused to answer the phone.
I called later that night to speak to customer service and was told that they would be processing a refund and that it should appear on my statement within 5-7 days. It did not, I was told to call back if that happened. However the call only goes to the call centre if the location turns it on, and they refused to transfer me there themselves.
