I ordered a caramel ice capp with no whip cream. When I saw my drink did, I politely asked the supervisor if she could make a new drink without whip cream; she didnât. First she mixed the whip cream in the drink and served it to me with a dirty lid. I said I donât want this because of the whip cream she began getting frustrated and walked off with the drink, she then dumped half of it in a new cup and added more liquid to it, thus making the ice Capp watery and not the thick consistency it should be. The supervisor then started arguing with me about what the order showed on their monitor in front of a crowd of customers. And when I tried to speak again she turned her back on me and walked away⊠Tired of what was happening I asked another worker if the manager was there, she told me the girl who was treating me rudely was the supervisor⊠I then politely asked that worker to help me after explaining the situation. She offered to make me a new drink and she did thank god! While she was making me a new drink the supervisor decided to stop what she was doing which was doing another order, she took a screenshot of the monitor that shows the orders, marched over to me and shoved her phone in my face and started arguing again. I said would you like to see my receipt cause I have it, she cut me off then marched away before I could say anything else. I got my new drink from the other worker, she apologized for what happened and wished me a good day and I in return thanked her and wished her a nice day as well. Iâve been going to this Tim Hortons regularly for a while now and never saw the girl who is the supervisor on the weekdays, so she must be the supervisor for the weekends⊠Now Iâve worked in the hospitality industry, mostly cafĂ©s and I understand the pressure that comes with the job but it is absolutely not right to be arguing and fighting with a customer in front of other customers⊠especially when youâre the supervisor. You are supposed ensure the customer feels welcomed and provide a happy and fulfilling experience that they can walk away with feeling great and wanting to come back. I most certainly donât feel like going back to that location knowing a supervisor like that is working there. She should honestly be let go for...
Read more*Note; First time and got off a random stop cause the bus I was on was too full for my liking lol.
Naveera and Sajeda were absolutely fantastic. I just needed a small black coffee but I was so astonished by not only how clean the place is but innovative as well. They actually got me to buy instead their medium dulce latte and some of their new styles timbits!
The taste and quality of their food was fresh and gave me the energy I needed tonight. I loved their warm customer service as it made me enjoy purchase even more!
There bathrooms were amazingly clean and hygienic and above all else, I would say there whole operations reflected their customer service attitude; clean, classy and full of life!
These workers were so impressive and Iâm thankful I walked in at 8:56pm as they made not only by day but my entire night !!!!! They deserve greater credit than I can share with these few words!! Thank you Naveera...
Read moreThis is genuinelyâand okay, maybe Iâm a little biased as a localâthe best Tim Hortons in the entire City of Toronto. The staff here are truly next-level. Ritu and Tanishka are absolute gems (and there are too many other wonderful team members to name!). Their service is consistently warm, friendly, and personal. They know our names, they know our orders, and they always make the experience feel special. They even gave us a card for our wedding! You just donât get that kind of personal connection at coffee shops anymoreâespecially not at a chain.
The menu here also goes above and beyond. Iâve seen options here Iâve never seen at other locations, like matcha doughnuts and crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e doughnutsâyes, really. Itâs such a pleasant surprise every time.
Canât recommend this location enough. Itâs the kind of place that turns a daily coffee run into a highlight of your...
