Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

I order a pizza from here the driver was late i called the store and asked for a discount on my pizza he told me 5-7% yes you seen right 5-7% thats not even the tax n was told the driver will be there in 15 mins the driver comes delivers my pizza tells me he forgot his debit machine in his car i go downstairs to my lobby to wait for him because i didnt want his to think i was trying to pay he comes to the lobby to tell me that he left it at the store n for me to ask around to seeing anyone had cash or to go to my atm hence it is 12 am in the morning and the nearest atm is about 10 mins walk i said no and to him to go back to the store the store closed at 12 n it’s about 7 mins away from me driving he finally comes back 20-25 min n i had to pay it with no discount i would never order...

My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza at 11PM. Two hours later and nothing. No pizza, no call, nothing. First some woman took our order, then at 1AM (yes, AM) some guy finally picked up when we called, and instead of fixing their screw-up, he had the audacity to blame us for not calling sooner. Like it’s our job to chase down the garbage they couldn’t deliver. No refund, no credit, no apology, just straight-up attitude. Their customer service is a joke, and this place is run by people who clearly don’t care. I used to avoid this location for years from the two times I've had stuff crust pizza with the crust size taking half the large pizza. Recently, I thought I might give it another try and have been enjoying my good stuffed crust from this location ever since. Great improvements. One star off from the experience I had with order pick up and the discrepancy in the system. They would say they needed an order confirmation by a phone call before pick up but they never actually called.
