Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

I went today to pick up the free slice they give as a coupon at the end of the summer break and I was served with a glorious insult by the store owner. My 9 year old held on to this coupon all summer and was begging me to take her..finally took her in today and the store started telling me that I am only entitled for one coupon for the year..I am looking at him as to why he’s telling me this and he continues to tell me people bring 10 coupons..so I am still looking at him with my single coupon in hand when he drew the last blow saying “I have seen her before” looking at my daughter.

This is the very first time this year (2024) my daughter not myself had been to this location (to any pizza nova that matter) as we are Dominos Fans!

I was ashamed and hurt that he said this in front of 4 other employees and a customer.. I ripped up the coupon and left it in the store while walking away with salt in my wounds.

When I asked other employees who he was, he claimed he was the owner….I am speechless!!!

Pizza Nova - please do not give out these coupons if your stores are not ready to accept them..

You not only insulted me but left my 9 year old who held on to this coupon with her dear life begging me to take her to a pizza Nova all summer hurt and embarrassed.

You lost a potential new generation customer as well..as I am confident that my daughter will remember this for her life time. While we are driving back she said mom I WILL NOT ACCEPT the coupon next year when...

On April 5 2022 i put in a delivery order for a pizza and wings in which the dipping sauces were wrong but more importantly the pizza order was wrong, the delivery driver asked me to go down to get the order which I found totally unacceptable and wrong and he asked me if I could pay with something other than cash in which it was clearly stated on the receipt how I would pay which was cash, i had to wait for him to come up with the change in which it was $30 and asked if I wanted the change back!!!! The whole experience was awful and the stores should train the drivers to be professional, respectful and responsible. Will not be ordering from this location again!!!! And yet again totally forgot about our last awful experience 😡we ordered again yesterday December/21/2024 and our pizza hardly had cheese on it plus the delivery driver which probably was the same one given the fact that he was disgustingly ignorant,rude and disrespectful and that he didn't have change on him which I specifically asked the girl to write that in the order notes which she had. He repeatedly was asking did you put in tip, plus trying to confusemy husband by constantly speaking over him so he could rip him off with the change!!! What the hell is going on with the delivery drivers!!!?? In no way is anyone supposed to ASK for a tip!!! Service has gone downhill and and everyone should be EXTRA careful when dealing with delivery drivers if you pay with cash!! This place should be...

Last night 5 th Dec i ordered a veggie Pizza from Pizza nova 4516 Kingston road at 11:15 pm from uber. According to app pizza would take 60 mins to reach my doorstep so i waited for one hour. But even if it was 12:25 am i didnt saw any movement of driver from the restaurant as it is less than one km from my place. So app suggested me to call store about status of my order. I feel now that i shouldn't have called the store. Gentlemen on phone didn't even tried to listen to me and started yelling at me and said 'Why would you order when we are about to close' and hang up the phone even when i was speaking. I recieved order at 1:05 am and pizza was very cold.
