A Hidden Gem in Scarborough – Wing It!
I’ve been visiting Wing It in Scarborough for the past three months, and I can confidently say it has become my go-to spot for wraps! This cozy restaurant truly stands out with its incredible food, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere.
On my other visit, I ordered the Spicy Tandoori Chicken Wrap and the Mexican Chicken Wrap. Let me just say—the taste was absolutely phenomenal! The chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, with a delightful aroma that instantly made my mouth water. The quality of ingredients and the attention to detail in crafting each wrap are unmatched. Having tried wraps from various places in Toronto, I can confidently say Wing It sets a new standard for taste and quality.
The service here is equally impressive. Amol, one of the team members, truly elevates the experience. He’s welcoming, cheerful, and always ready to help you choose the best dishes from their menu. Over time, I’ve built a wonderful friendship with him, which speaks volumes about the warm and friendly vibe of this place.
Whether dining in, taking out, or ordering online, Wing It delivers great value for money. It’s rare to find a spot where you feel so satisfied with every visit—and I’ve never regretted a single meal here!
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to introduce a “Buy One, Get One Free” offer for their best-selling wraps on Uber Eats. It’s sure to become a hit and would definitely attract even more loyal customers while boosting their business!
If you’re in Scarborough, do yourself a favor and visit Wing It. Whether you're a fan of bold flavors or just looking for an unforgettable meal, this place won’t disappoint.

Read moreYou guys always turn it out! 🔥🌟 My favourites are definitely your garlic parmesan wedges & your boneless buffalo honey garlic chicken over the wings! Mouthwatering! I appreciate your portion sizes and generous toppings/sauces. Your food & service are consistent both in person & delivery. This definitely counts when looking for a reliable local restaurant on a tight budget. Well done!
As a suggestion, I feel like if you made every fry dish with a wedges option, wedges would win just on flavour/texture alone. They taste REAL & fresh. The fries themselves aren't living up to the toppings, they always taste too oily and have a strange texture. You'd be upping your game if you either changed the product altogether or dropped them. Especially in regards to having a competitive poutine, which is something people are always seeking.
Additionally, it would be cool if you added a menu option that allowed people to try more of your sauce combos at one time, say 3 sauces for 1lb, either on the side or divided as you do with your parchment paper in one container. I find I stick with the same flavours because I'm afraid I won't like or prefer other options without being able to taste-test in smaller portions this way. The list can be intimidating, so maybe this could bring in more business.
As for the atmosphere in your tiny storefront, adding more green plants 🪴 in your space would enhance the aesthetics.
Finally, thanks for getting rid of the scented bags! I'm happy to now only smell your food...
Read moreWent here on a whim because my partner and I noticed it after visiting a nearby restaurant. Good branding, curb appeal and very inviting.
We got the house fries and they were probably one of the best loaded fries I've ever had. Huge portion, enough for 2 people to indulge. The first time we got it, we drove home and the fries were still so incredibly crispy and everything was HOT. Last night we got them and walked home so obviously they weren't as crispy and hot but STILL just as delicious.
We also got the Spicy chipotle wings, delicious but WAY too spicy for us. That was our mistake since we didn't read the spice level symbols properly. The lemon and herb wings are amazing! Crispy and tangy. Dry rub wings are personally my favourite because I prefer crisp wings vs saucey, but to each their own.
I think the only improvement would be to tweak the design of the hottest spice level symbol. For noobs like us that made quick choices, I assumed the Spicy Chipotle wasn't that spicy because it only has one fire symbol. Perhaps, changing it to a bigger fire symbol, and making it red would make things clearer. I'm not mad though. :)
We saw the same man at the front both times (assuming the owner), super friendly guy and very welcoming.
