Service could’ve been better. My real complaint was with the pizza. I don’t remember pizzaiolo tasting this horrible, although they’re a franchise so maybe each location does something a bit different? This particular location is in my neighborhood. The last time I had ordered from here was a year or maybe even a year and a half ago. Anyway, the pizza is definitely not the same. The crust is very strange and it tasted like a frozen pizza. For $40 you’d think you’d be getting quality pizza. My pizza was customized to have different toppings on either side of the pizza. The veggie side had artichoke(with pieces so big you could choke) pesto that looked almost grey and smelt off. The red onions were also very big and uncooked, like a last minute decision. The other side had pepperoni and still looked weird. I ordered regular crust and it looked almost deep dish, not like how regular pizzaiolo crust usually looks, and it was a bit uncooked too. The slices were so small—definitely not a large(don’t be fooled by the photo—the slices are small) Finally, it was cold right after we picked it up. I then attempted to get justice for my experience with an employee and was met with less than half of a refund in store credits. This is not what I wanted because I’d rather go to another pizzaiolo. …The pizza still sits on my countertop.

It’s been so long since I had a slice of Bianca and it was so much more delicious and flavourful than I remembered! We enjoyed a large Bianca we ordered many years ago at this Danforth and Coxwell location and it was once again heavenly! We got quick service and a table by the large windows to enjoy the great sunshine and blue skies on this August afternoon. Nice ambiance while we ate an a few people came in and out just before dinner time. Bianca: Marinated Artichoke, Marinated Zucchini, Feta Cheese, Parmigiano Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil I’ve always loved the crust of these pizzas and so I looked into the ingredients. Pizzaiolo dough is made with a unique gluten-free pizza mix (containing corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, dextrose, vegetable fibers like psyllium and inulin, and stabilizers like sorbitol), along with water, extra virgin olive oil, brown cane sugar, sea salt, and yeast.

The owner is personal friends with Justin Trudeau. They both are big scammers. I hope the owner of this pizza place pays for his scams in the afterlife . PIZZAS AREA COMPLETE SCAM. no cheese from the pepperoni to the outside. No cheese for the last 4 inches. Only the inside middle has a bit of cheeze. Pizza is super dry and burnt. No sauce. I also ordered pepperoni with sausage but they gave me large pepperoni with small pepperoni . This pizza is more expensive then all the other pizza stores in the area and can you believe that they charge you more yet give you less. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. The bad news is I got robbed on this one but the good news is I'll never go back . Please put these people in prison for robbery

I was a weekly patron. I had great success with the app and even spoke to a team member who called me when I put the wrong order in. I put in an order online on Halloween- I put the order in a couple of hours earlier to ensure delivery on time. The pizza arrived over an hour late. When I called to talk to the manager, the person who answered said I definitely should get a discount code for my next order. He took my number and said to call back the next day. I called back the next day and the person said the manager was not in and would not be giving me a future discount because Halloween is busy and I should have expected a late pizza. She also said there was no contact with the app (which is not true based on a prior experience) and then basically said I was in the wrong. She was extremely rude and argumentative. The person took all my information and said the manager might call be back. I have not received a call or an apology. I have not returned and have decided to give my business to another pizza place in the neighbourhood. A very...
