Terrible service. I ordered through Uber Eats at 7:55 PM on Friday and had initial delivery at 8:25 PM. This location never makes enough mild chicken, I called Uber Eats Help to inquire why is my order taking 50 minutes to be delivered.
Then called the location and spoke to their supervisor, who told me, that she only got the order at 8:20 blaming it on Uber Eats app and that it will take another 10 minutes, to cook it, then I have to wait for delivery another 20 minutes.
This is ridiculous and she was lying, as I had been myself in that location many times and they have plenty of spicy chicken, but not mild. It is not my fault as a customer, that after paying close to $40.00 and enjoying my meal, instead I have to deal with their gross incompetence.
If you do not know how to run a food business, this is not my problem. They have to have enough products, that they are advertising for. I told her, if I come inside the store, would you had me wait 30 minutes, while you cook your mild chicken? I don't think so.
Because I told the supervisor the location will get 1 star, 0 if I could, now she is delaying my order even more, thus making it for me 1 hour, yes you read that right, for a fast food chain that they pretend they are.
I will never order from them again. These people don't realize maybe, that they got their lame jobs, due to the consumers ordering their food. I called again at 8:45 PM and was told there is a line up, after which I was hanged up by their "professional" staff.
It took these people 55 minutes to prepare my order. Like, really... who does that? People who don't care or understand, that online orders are a priority. I am asking for a refund, that I am entitled to.

Went to eat inside recently. I ordered a combo with a fountain drink included. Girl serving me, said the fountain machine is broken and I should buy a bottled drink at extra cost.

I walked in there for 1 Tuesday special. After I already ordered from Pizza Hut. She tried to sell me regular , I wanted spicy. She said 15 minutes. I agreed. Cause I still have to take my sweet time to retrieve the Pizza I ordered. I eventually remembered seeing a male employee ( he works the fryers in the back ) , I noticed him coming back from his break, carrying his own food tray to the back. Right after I ordered 9:53 pm . When I came back to the store. I was the only one then another customer came. She told me 11 more minutes. I exclaimed you said 15 minutes, a while ago . When did I place my order ??! She lied he just dropped them in now. I told her that’s not 11 minutes then. She replied actually dropped them 4 minutes ago. What are you gonna do about it ?!! Nothing. I said give me back my money. She said I will give you extra piece. I said ok . She huddled in a meeting and before I turned around said I will give you your money back. There were 3 female employees. One of them was on break eating in the back. After trying to figure out the cash register , they went back to discuss with the chubbbY manager who was eating in the back. What an ignorant bunch of clouuns . With no common sense, or regards for customer time and priorities. Thank god for Pizza Hut. I finished eating pizza , and wanted to take a picture of the scene of the crime . There were at least 6 customers waiting for food in the lobby and another one opened the door while taking the pictures. Read moreThe staff are friendly and polite but this location is always very, very slow. And the staff always seem quite disorganized and like they're not really sure what's really going on with orders, getting then mixed up and forgetting to put food down to cook for orders people have already paid for.
They food itself has been fine so far, and I can understand that they can't always predict what they will need cooked ahead of time, but it only takes 15 minutes to cook chicken there, but I have waited up to 40 minutes for orders sometimes, and that is not because of the time required to cook the product. I have also observed other customers who have said they have waited up to an hour for orders. I'm sorry, but that is not acceptable. There is a reason it is called "fast food"!!!
They need to both start training their staff properly and how to do this in an efficient manner and also they need more staff on duty because clearly they're almost always...
