Couch is fine, in store experience was nice, price was fair. BUT, the delivery experience was super choppy… When we purchased the couch in store, we loved the floor model of the couch we selected and made it super clear we loved that identical “L” shape with the short section on the side exactly like the floor model, this was confirmed and made super clear the entire time, the gentleman who helped us even drew a small drawing of the correct “L” orientation to make extra sure. We made the purchase and also purchased the delivery of it, and scheduled it for the following Tuesday. This was also made super clear and confirmed, because I work every other day. Tuesday comes around, and no show. We called a hundred times, and emailed, and could never get any contact, until finally they answered the phone, and we were told the delivery would be Wednesday…. So of course, someone else in my family had to be there to accept my delivery as I was at work. When I came home excited to finallyyy get this couch delivered and built, it was the WRONG “L” shape. The opposite orientation, that totally did not fit correctly or look logical in my home, and was clearly not the correct couch. The delivery guys apparently tried to “mansplain”, and convince us that it can work. Who cares?! Doesn’t matter!! It’s the wrong couch. So, rescheduling the delivery was again a headache, so we had to live on this couch that wasn’t ours, basically storing inventory for the store, while trying to not get it dirty, and all of the rest of our living room content was pushed to one side of the living room and into other rooms in anticipation of the original delivery. We had to live like that for 2 more weeks until finally the delivery was rescheduled between 4pm and 6pm. These guys pull up at 9pm. Long story short, they again tried to mansplain and convince me to accept the current wrong couch… after everything was finally completed, they left all their trash like the dead tape roll cardboard ontop of our mailbox, their tims cup out front, silica gel packets from the couch pieces everywhere. And these guys just lacked logic, they were IN the front doorway with their outgoing boxes, taping it up after the job was done, but it’s like; pull it all the way out and let me close the door! The cats are going to escape, the heat is escaping, and I’m just there standing watching, waiting. Use your brains guys.. they even left the front door completely open apparently when they left the first time over. It’s easy to take your garbage with you, and close the door behind you.    Read moreI recently had very unpleasant experience with this Store. On 15th August i bought a sectional sofa and it was delivered on 21st August at 9:45pm. I was waiting for the delivery person since 7pm, however the deal was to deliver and place it to 1st floor of my town house and assemble it there. But after taking it upstairs the delivery person asked me to assemble it myself as it was quite late (which was their fault). After telling them about the terms of the deal they assembled it. At that time they discovered that 2 sets of clamps (connectors) were missing in the package, this clamps connects the sectional with the main sofa. They wrote it down in the invoice and told me to contact the store and they'll take care of the issues. So i requested the store and they assured me to solve the issue at their earliest. It was 21st Aug night. Since then i have been calling, emailing (don't remember how many times) the seller Ms. Manjit. But after one day she asked me to contact the delivery department. I said "i bought it from you and you i know". She said she would get back to me at the end of the day (22 Aug). But she didnt get back to me, i knocked her again and she said "can you pick those parts up from the store". I said "it's a professional job and needs proper alignment, i don't have the proper tools neither experience to fix it myself". I was really very frustrated with her approach. Since then she started avoiding my calls and emails. I finally wrote my last request to tell me clearly whether she's gonna solve it or not. As a store manager she can't avoid the responsibilities. It was embarrassing for me to call her again and again. However she finally said that i would get a call from service department and they will set up a time to come on Monday, 25th Aug and fix the clamps. As i am writing this review, As of today, 30th August there were NO calls from Ms Manjit or from the service department. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. Their customer service is extremely bad and they don't care about customer's satisfactions. I shall never go to the store again. Additional review- Last week end of September the owner Mr Natendra called me upon seeing the review, he said he was out of country and had no knowledge of my issue, finally he sent me a technician with one pair of clamp and solved the problem, though the fixation of the two units were not perfectly aligned but i decided to let it go. The owner Mr Narendra is a nice person with commitment which I appreciate very much....
   Read moreDealing with this furniture place has been the worst experience ever. I bought a three piece couch and a love seat on June 7. I explained my situation to the saleslady Noor and told her that I need my couch ASAP . She put my couch on rush and said it would be delivered June 14 . On June 13 I called to inquire about my delivery. They told me that they cannot deliver it on June 14 because it was a custom order and it seems they don't have enough material to finish the couch. They lady on the phone said Monday. Monday comes and no couch. Again I called and asked for refund. Of course they don't do refund. Now they said they will deliver the couch on Thursday June 20th. On Wednesday I called to find out about the delivery and once again they said changed the date to Friday June 216pm-9 pm. On Friday we cancelled our scheduled programs so that we can receive the couch. Since no one called me , I called them around 8 pm to find out what's going on. The lady on the phone said the delivery people are running late and they will definitely deliver it today around 10pm . We waited and waited and nothing! It was after 10 pm and my husband and I decided to go to sleep. Then around 12:03 a.m (midnight) these people call me!!!!! Like which company delivers at midnight..this is ridiculous!!!! I have had stress over this stupid couch. I would not recommend buying from here to anyone. Things might be cheaper here but the amount of stress and headache you get is just not worth it!!!!! If I had known this , I would have never bought anything from this store. There are so many furniture store along the line of Kennedy and Lawrence. I should have gone somewhere else.
