Was riding my bike Home around 8 last night when I got a craving for pizza. I remembered I used to order from reginos a few years back but it wasn't memorable. As I passed the brimley- finch location I pulled in and decided to order after many years. I settled on the Greek medium. It seemed pricey at $17.56 but I chalked it up to the inflationary times we live in. The girl that served me(karmaljit) was very pleasant and informed me it would take about 15 minutes. It seemed it was ready quicker than that. I thank her and left the restaurant. It smelled so good I couldn't wait to get home so I open the box as soon as I got outside and took a slice. The pizza was extremely hot so I ended up burning the roof of my mouth. I waited a minute and dove back in and I was blown away. The crust the sauce the olives and feta and onions and the generosity of the toppings was incredible. The right balance of tangy and tasty. I can go on and on. And once I got home and allowed it to cool it tasted even better. I was so impressed. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. I will definitely be ordering again. There's another one I saw on the menu called "phillipos" that I wanna try as well. It has philly cheessteak, cheddar cheese.. I'm looking forward to that one. My pizzas arrived with the toppings stuck to the side and top of the box, half the pizzas smooched and folded over on themselves. I called for customer service in this matter as this is not the level of food service I am used to receiving from your store. I was on the phone with a staff member for just under 10 minutes before they would offer a remedy to the issue that didn't result in having to wait for a replacement to arrive.
I asked to have a credit of some kind for the pizzas for a later date as my children had already started to eat the rest of the meal. I was continually told that this is not what is done by the manager, keep in mind at the start of the call I asked for a manager and was told they were not there.
It wasn't until near the end of the call and with attitude from the store rep that she said she would send 2 more pizzas. To be very honest I am disappointed that she would give me an attitude and make me feel like I was lying and only wanted free food. I have spent my hard earned money with your location on many occasions and this level of customer service was very disappointing.
Please communicate with your staff the importance of excellent customer service and how it impacts whether a customer will return, not return or tell others whether or not to patronize your establishment.

Read moreWe placed an order with them for 3 pizza's and a panzo at 4pm for a 7pm delivery. When 715 came by no order had reached. We called the store and they stated they were just in-between shifts and as a result our order was NEVER MADE... instead of taking initiative and making it right the female on the phone HUNG UP!!!
We then called back and she admitted that she hung up on us and NOW we have to place the order again!!
Totally unprofessional and staff needs to be trained properly as a individual who trains new hires... this is unacceptable and this rep is a poor representation of the company and more so the store location.
Please avoid REGINOS AT ALL COSTS.
