I've been a loyal customer, ordering from this location multiple times through UberEats, but I'm utterly disappointed and disheartened by the consistently poor quality. The jerk chicken bowl, which I've ordered on several occasions, has been a complete letdown. The meat quality is alarmingly inconsistent, leaving me deeply unsatisfied.

Worse yet, the chicken was burnt to an inedible state not just once but twice, including my most recent order. The sight of bitter, dark charcoal pieces was appalling, rendering the dish entirely inedible. It's unacceptable that such poorly prepared food caused me discomfort and forced me to discard the entire meal, wasting both money and time.

Furthermore, the staff's inability to follow simple instructions and include the requested sauce options is frustrating. And the stale, dry rice served suggests a concerning lack of attention to detail and quality control.

I've given this establishment multiple chances, but their consistently subpar offerings have left me utterly disappointed and with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I will not be ordering from this...

I rarely take the time to leave food reviews, well, unless a restaurant leaves me utterly disappointed. What’s even rarer is me writing a positive one. Yet after nearly two years of ordering from this place, I feel compelled to give them their flowers.

Every single time I’ve ordered, I’ve been struck by the same thing: their professionalism and the pride that goes into every dish. The food is always fresh, always flavorful, and never once has it felt like corners were cut.

My go-to has usually been their BBQ chicken bowl, which never misses. But yesterday, I decided to switch it up and try the Cajun fish bowl thanks to their two-for-one deal. That single choice turned into one of the best meals I’ve had in a long, long time.

To the team behind this food—thank you for maintaining such high standards in an industry where too many settle for less. You’ve earned my respect and my loyalty.

First time that i tried the place was on the weekend, and ordered the oxtail with rice and beans. the server, was super nice, but have to say there was no authenticity to the meal. very blah tasting. if you closed your eyes and and sampled it was like eating a stew. no flavor at all!!! when i ordered the meal. I decided to get extra side order of the oxtail. as the server had gone to the back to get a new batch when i first came in and had ordered it...mistake she made was giving me the old batch as the meal. Which was tough as eating my shoe...the side order i asked was ok. there is no love in the cooking at this place. not even a smile from anyone except the server. and I'm sure it was because I said it was my first time.....I can assure you it was my last time. never going back to this place...word of advise. when you have food sitting for god knows how long, trash it. not worth losing a customers for life.
