I never write reviews, but Viva Sub genuinely left me no choice. This little spot may be new, but it already feels like itâs been part of the community forever. From the second you walk in, thereâs a warm energy think cozy, colourful, and casual, but with the kind of pride in quality youâd expect from a much more established place.
Letâs talk food: absolutely next level. The bread? Freshly baked by their OWNNN local baker, soft inside with that perfect crunch outside. The subs are stackedânot just with ingredients, but with flavor. I had the Viva Classic, and every bite was layered, balanced, and honestly addictive. You can tell they actually care about what goes into their food none of that soggy chain-sub feel.
And donât sleep on the sauces. Whatever theyâre doing back there is magic. Spicy, creamy, sweetâitâs like every sub comes with its own signature vibeeee
Service was personal and sweet. Youâre not just a customer here youâre treated like someone theyâre excited to feed. Like FAMILY. The staff took time to explain the menu, recommend favorites, and genuinely asked how we liked everything, the owner even hand fed the customer infront of me to make sure he liked the type of fried chicken he was ordering, absolutely so wholesome.
Final verdict? Viva Sub is going to blow up once word gets out. Itâs fresh, friendly, affordable, and absolutely delicious. Iâm already planning my next visit and I just finished my food....

I stumbled upon Viva Sub during their soft launch, and let me just sayâŚthis place is about to blow up. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and full of passion. You can tell they care deeply about what theyâre doing.
The food? Incredible. The subs are packed with flavor, the ingredients are fresh, and every bite feels like itâs made with heart. Whether you're going for a classic or trying one of their creative twists, thereâs real personality in their menuâand it works.
Service was friendly and fast, even during the early rush of their soft opening. The team is clearly hustling hard, and you can feel that this is more than just a sandwich (and more) shopâitâs a place built on love for good food and community.
If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out now before the lines start forming. Viva Sub is a future local favorite in the making. So glad I...
Read moreIâve had Viva Sub a few times, itâs great. Iâve met the owner several times and he comes across as a genuinely kind and hardworking person whoâs doing his best to bring something fresh and exciting to the neighborhood. To those leaving harsh 1-star reviews (Stuart, Klohe, Gunars) over the business choosing to celebrate their grand opening on Labor Dayâa national holiday, no lessâitâs disappointing to see people so quick to criticize a local entrepreneur whoâs taking a risk to contribute something positive to the community. Small businesses already face enormous challenges, and instead of offering support or constructive feedback, some are choosing to tear them down for reasons that seem petty at best. Letâs not discourage local effort with unnecessary negativity. Every neighborhood benefits from passionate people willing to invest in itâletâs give them a...
