TL;DR Online order tablets, cooling fan, 40-min delay, unprepared food, rude staff, language barrier issues. Tiny authentic salad, fresh lettuce, strong onions, light dressing; gyro with good chicken, salty, great tzatziki, pita, red onions, poor tomatoes, mediocre fries.

Service: They have 2 tablets updating them for online orders and got a fan cooling them down. Despite that, when I put in my order more than 40 minutes before, through their site, including the instructions to substitute the fries as their site stated. When I arrived, 40 minutes later right on the pick up time stated, the lady gave the excuse that they didn't know if I wanted fries or salad so they didn't make any of it yet….The guy is pretty mean, in combination with his lack of fluency in English, it makes everything much more frustrating. He gets mad like its your fault he struggles with English.

Food: Salad is tiny, fits in a large fist. Authentic tasting. Onions are a bit strong. Good balance of feta cheese. A bit light on the dressing. Lettuce seems fresh.

Gyro about 6inches tall and larges point of width being 4 inches. Chicken is actually pretty good. A bit salty and pulled chicken is slightly hard. Fries are whatever, about 8 thrown in there. Tomatoes weren't good. Tzatziki is the highlight and the pita. Red...

Stopped by to pick up an order for my workplace, and the experience was straight-up unpleasant. I greeted the guy at the counter and tried to be polite, but he barely acknowledged me, gave off attitude, and didn’t say a single word outside of the total. After checking the receipt and their website, I realized I was charged double the tax—which definitely didn’t sit right with me. The food itself was meh at best—nothing I’d go out of my way to eat again. Between the rude service and being overcharged, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this spot. Hopefully they step it up and treat customers better moving forward.

I appreciate the response, but I want to clarify a few things. A man was the one who handed me the food, confirmed the order, and spoke to me — regardless of his English level, the way I was spoken to felt dismissive and rude.

Also, your website lists chicken gyros at $10.90 including tax, so 3 should’ve come to $32.70. I was charged $36.95 in cash and didn’t get a receipt, which felt off.

I'm not trying to argue — just sharing my honest experience. Dismissing it as "fake" instead of addressing the issue respectfully isn't...

DISGUSTING DRY CHICKEN and the "Rice" was Hard & Awful!!! Definitely reheated from day previous. I tried to bite the chicken and it ended cutting the top of my mouth. So upset we spent $48 for disgusting inedible day old food. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid at all cost"s if you relish your health. Cashier was unimpressed of being there. Second to worse part is when we were leaving to get real food, the female owner PARKED HER CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET!!! She literally left her car sitting there, double parking making it hard for street traffic both directions to pass. Isn't this illegal?! People were honking horns and telling her to move but she just ignored them and went inside. We pass by for lunch as we work nearby and her car is always double parked blocking traffic making it difficult for people to pass. What a inconsiderate Baffooon.

Lastly, their garbage piled up in the back near the parking lot "seating area" was in such a mess. UTTERLY DISGUSTING, IT SMELLED SO BAD! IMAGINE HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR FOOD. GROSS!!!

See pictures attached. We don't know what the deal is with this place. AVOID AT ALL...

The side of French fries were extremely disappointing. They arrived white in color and were overly soggy. Ideally, fries should boast a golden-brown hue with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. Unfortunately, these lacked the desired texture, suggesting they were either undercooked or overcrowded in the fryer, or possibly even reheated in a microwave. Furthermore, they lacked seasoning, aside from a few scattered herbs. On a brighter note, the Pork Gyro Pita Wrap was more satisfying. However, the addition of soggy fries as a topping detracted from the overall experience. If including potatoes in a wrap, they should undoubtedly be crisp. Removing the fries improved the wrap significantly. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment. It's pretty sad that I can buy a cheap bag of Cavendish Farms frozen fries, cook them in my oven, and get a vastly superior result compared to this restaurant that is likely equipped to actually make fresh and proper French Fries. You need to do better than cheap frozen food at a grocery store.
