We went for dinner and it was busy that evening and we had ordered swaminarayan food. The cashier asked us if we wanted 1 of the items and drinks sooner and we had said yes. He said it will take 30-40mins, fair enough since it was a large order and it was busy. We got our drinks but not the 1 item. We asked they said 10 mins so we waited, 10 mins go by and we asked, they said 2 minutes, then 5 mins, then 2 minutes again. Over 1 hr goes by and they finally bring out that 1 item. When we ate it, we found out it wasn't swaminarayan.....that was infuriating. There was no communication to the customers on realistic wait times or the type of food being made and delivered. they then gave us only 3 plates for the 6 of us..??? So again we had to ask for more... that was the service. The food overall was on the sweeter side, (which I didn't enjoy) we had ordered Shambhu club, 3 in 1 club, veggie panini (which all had similar filling), manchurian (its was okay) , premium fries ( don't think they are worth the cost, better to just get simple or peri peri fries), sev puri (the order they messed up on wasn't good, they gave us another one for the mistake) The peanut bhel, chilly cheese toast, and kiwi drink were the only 3 things that I would say had a good taste. Overall, I think this restaurant has potential but they need better organization and communication with the customers and staff to streamline orders, we weren't the only customers upset that evening, many other customers were complaining as well...

Shambhu’s Coffee Bar is a hidden gem that offers a delightful experience for any coffee and snack lover. During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the excellent service.

Firstly, I have to mention the kokum drink. It was absolutely refreshing and the perfect choice for a hot day. The tangy and slightly sweet flavor of kokum was invigorating and unlike any other beverage I've tried. It's a must-have for anyone visiting Shambhu’s Coffee Bar.

Another highlight of my visit was the 3-in-1 sandwich. This sandwich is a masterpiece, combining three different fillings that complement each other perfectly. The bread was fresh and toasted to perfection, while the fillings were generous and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delightful mix of textures and tastes, making it a fulfilling and satisfying meal.

Lastly, the cold coco was an exceptional treat straight from Ahmedabad. Rich, creamy, and perfectly chilled, it was the ideal way to end my visit. The chocolate flavor was intense and decadent, making it a true indulgence for any chocolate lover.

Overall, Shambhu’s Coffee Bar exceeded my expectations. The unique kokum drink, the delicious 3-in-1 sandwich, and the divine cold coco all contributed to an unforgettable dining experience. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere added to the charm of this wonderful coffee bar. I highly recommend Shambhu’s Coffee Bar to anyone looking for great food and a relaxing environment. I recently discovered Shambhu’s Coffee, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing coffee break or a casual meal with friends.

I’ve had the pleasure of trying a variety of items on their menu, and each one has been a delightful experience. Their mojito is refreshingly perfect, offering a great balance of mint and citrus that really hits the spot on a warm day. The club sandwiches are generously filled and wonderfully satisfying, with each bite offering a delicious blend of flavors.

The panini is another standout—crispy on the outside and perfectly warm and melty on the inside. If you’re a fan of cheesy goodness, their garlic cheese bread is a must-try; it’s packed with garlic flavor and oozy cheese that’s incredibly addictive. And for something sweet, the rose milk is a unique treat that’s both fragrant and deliciously creamy, providing a perfect end to a great meal.
