I rarely Give A Perfect score for My random Reviews But This Deserves It…The Food The Energy and The People Is just chefs Kiss

Food: I had The Birria Supreme, Hot Honey Chicken and the Baja Fish.

Birria Supreme, Classic flavor. a Safe Option if you are hesitant to Try the Other Things…something familiar will always Bw a Good Choice.

Hot Honey Chicken, CRISPY theres Alot of things Happening flavor wise but the thing is Everything Just melts in to one another, plus The Added crispy texture, seals It. I would’ve Loves to Have It a Little Bit more Sweet and Spicy, but thats Just my asian Tongue talking.

Baja fish, the Fish Just Melts in Your Mouth. And mayo Was Just A Good way to add More Richness to the Taco Itself. Also If you want something thats Not Heavy. get this. its refreshing and light but with a Good Amount of complexity.

Churros- REALLY GOOD,VERY CRISPY, Not Oily, A Good balance of Cinnamon and Sugar and the Dip doesn’t Overwhelm or Add More Sweetness to it, Suggestion also have a dark Chocolate ganache Option, so that you can have the option to cut through Constant sweetness with a semi sweet chocolate dip.

Drink

I got the Painted Lake Peach Crisp- HOOONEY I’m gonna go Casual for this, I am NOT a Beer Drinker But this I LOVE- I literally had 2 glasses, and took home 3 more cans.

Environment

The Place Itself is quite spacious and they have a Patio Area For People that wants to go outside Or For fur parents that have Their fur Children with them. The Music playlist was Immaculate that Im always Moving on my seat.

SERVICE.

EXCELLENT, Their team just very Happy and Energetic always Keeps Of Checking with the guests, converse with the Guest very fun Accommodating Staff Team. From The servers to the kitchen team everyone.

I hosted my 40th birthday party at SITW (Toronto) this past weekend, and I could not be happier with how it turned out. If you are looking to host an event with ~50 people, this is the place to do it. Every single component was perfect (and my standards are not low lol). The venue was the perfect size, the food we ordered from SITW was absolutely unbelievable, and of course, the beer and drinks were incredible. The biggest stars of the entire process, from planning to execution, are the people of SITW. This is what sets them apart from the others. Steve, one of the owners, was a dream to plan with. Professional, friendly, accommodating. Tea and Malcolm were the bartenders for the event, whom I cannot say enough incredible things about. They were efficient, so nice to everyone, and did everything with a big smile on their faces. I have to give a special shout out to Tea, the manager for the night. She handled everything with professionalism and fun, she was so kind and lovely, and had an answer for everything. Big shout out the other 2 staff members (back of house) who were absolute stars with the food prep and service (I am so sorry I didn't catch their names!). It was absolutely perfect and every single person raved about the venue, food, and staff. Thank you to all for making this important milestone such a pleasant experience - I could not be happier and couldn't...

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this brewery. First, I placed my online order on Wednesday night, and haven't seen the order fulfilled by Friday at noon, so I called to make sure everything was okay. The girl who received my call was really pleasant and got all my information and called back shortly afterwards to confirm that the order was coming out today (Friday). I asked if it could be dropped off before 5:00 PM it was at my door by 3:00 PM by one of the owners of the brewery... I believe it was Rick! He apologized, no apology necessary, and personally handed me my Something In The Water Brewery box with the "September Mixed Case" I ordered. Opening the box, you know you are going to be happy! The beers were all chilled, neatly packed and presented, there's a card inside thanking you for your purchase and the brewmaster's signatures. I already tried two flavors. Indie88 Pale Ale and Lee River Blackberry Vanilla. Both, completely different flavors, but both extremely tasty and goes down really smoothly! So, I can already say "This Is The Beginning Of A Beautiful Friendship!" I am always one to support Local and always in search of great products! This, is beyond extraordinary. Thank you so much. The assortment is great. Reasonably priced. You get to meet a brew master! How...

Nestled inside the Something in the Water brewery is this new Mexican place. Good idea to have some delicious Mexican food while drinking a nice craft beer. The tacos were pretty good - my hot honey taco was much better than my husband's beef taco. The service is quick and the staff is nice. They need to get better organized as it seemed a bit chaotic on the first day. I'm looking forward to trying more of their tacos. I'll be interested to see if they'll offer some beer and taco combos on slower days like weekdays.

Came here after a soccer game last Sunday and had a lovely time with friends. The place was packed (as expected for a sunny summer afternoon) and admittedly a little understaffed for the volume of customers that were coming in but the bartender Keith handled it with grace. He remembered my order every time and made a KILLER spicy marg. I only wish I could have bought a case of the peanut butter white stout to go (shocked it’s not a regular offering - best beer I’ve ever had). Will definitely be back!
