Absolutely Terrible and traumatizing experience with the lady that was working the drive thru on Saturday August 2nd around 8pm. I went through this drive-through two weeks ago and asked for light ice in my drink when I got my drink it had a lot of ice in it. I didn’t realize because it was one of a few drinks that was ordered. To note, the lady in the drive-through was very nice and had an accent. When I called in the lady that picked up, the phone was not the same lady and had no accent. I Explain the situation with the Ice and she was nice enough to say that next time I came in, she would replace it for me. Fast forward to today and the lady was so disgustingly rude she told me two weeks as a long time to be coming in to get my drink. I explained to her that I do not live in the area. She asked me if I had a receipt I said they never hand out receipts at Starbucks. Then another lady came to the window and asked who I spoke to. I said I’m not sure I didn’t catch her name, but she did not have an accent before I could finish my story, I was cut off and told that I was racist. The main lady at the window (Not the one that asked me the name of who I spoke with) started rolling her eyes barely letting me explain and said how would I feel if she described me as white. I said I wouldn’t Have a problem with that because you are describing me. I asked her if she had a lady who worked at that location that worked the drive-through and had an accident. She admitted you did. But said it is wrong to describe someone by their accent. Well, how else are you gonna describe someone on the phone. I only said the lady that picked up the phone did not have an accent but the lady that served me at the window did. Hoping that would narrow it down. But that was not good enough and my kids could not believe the way she was acting and said that she shouldn’t be working g for anyone. Even my small children knew how inappropriate she was. DONT GIVE OUT REPLACEMENT DRINKS WITHOUT TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT THERE IS A TIME LIMIT AND HAVE A BETTER SYSTEM. This girl should be fired and be ashamed of herself. I did not deserve to be treated that way and be called a racist. I will be contacting...
Read moreI am someone who goes to Starbucks as a treat to myself once a month. Love Starbucks but it doesn't always fit my budget. We ordered two venti ,white chocolate mochas with coconut milk with an extra shot of espresso. It came up to just under $14.00. The cashier was new and we had a great conversation with her about her job at Starbucks and I was telling her that I'm always so impressed with people that work there because the orders seem like they can get so complicated but I know it's a great company to work for. There was no one in line but us and when we finished up and headed to the other side of the counter to pick up our order I noticed that the girl that was making it looked so serious and never asked if we wanted the whip cream on it like they ALWAYS do. I kindly said to her can I please get whip cream on top and she never replied or made eye contact and scooped off some of the drink and put this drop of whip cream on it and then slammed down whatever was in her hand that she used and stormed off. So I asked the young man standing by the drive through if they had changed how they made the drink because she reacted like I asked her for her first born child or something. So I said to him do you guys want me to pay for the whip cream although I'm pretty sure it comes with the drink but maybe something changed that I wasn't aware of. He said no you don't have to pay and he fixed the order. So I asked why the other girl had reacted the way she did and another guy said that they were understaffed. Confused because we were the only ones in line and the drive through was also not busy and there were 4 of them behind the counter. Anyways I will still treat myself to my favorite drink once a month but will not be going back to this Location. I don't know what was going on with this girl but customer service is important and if it's something that is weighing on you so much that you are being so rude to customers then maybe you should have just...
Read morePlaced an order at drive-thru speaker but had to add an additional Venti tea at the window pick-up. Both staff working at the the drive-thru window gave me a disgusted look, like I'm inconveniencing them. Requested I drive around and back in the drive-thru to place another order.... I offered to park and go inside to pick-up the tea drink. Parked the car, went in, and yet no tea was ready. Had to request them to make the tea and was given another disgusted look. She made a grande tea instead of a Venti, but I couldn't be brother to deal with her again. The worst part for me was the drive-thru was empty. To top it off, I was charged the incorrect cost for the order and only realized this once I checked my card balance at work. Writing this review because the day before I had another bad experience at this location. I brought an empty canister of h&h to bar and ask for a new one. The staff opened the entire lid and said, no, there's still some inside. I took the canister back to the station and poured out the remaining 3 drops (okay, maybe 5) of h&h face-palm. Glad I was only near to this location for 2 days of training. Starbucks staff downtown...
