Starbucks — Restaurant in Toronto

Starbucks always makes the best drinks but my special recommendation is For Sophie who alwys makes sure to present the most recommended and excellent hospitality skills to make sure customers are always satisfied.

I happen to be one of them especially the hot chocolate and strawberry creme Frappechino was way beyond the taste and was very refreshing.

The ladies at the Starbucks in Loblaws (Leslie and Lakeshore) are great. Welcoming, fun, happy to see you. My issue is with the store itself (a counter really) that has the corporate signs promoting their "rewards" program, but the store itself doesn't have the capacity (software?) to scan your loyalty card....

staff very confused and slow, need additional training. plus there was only one worker when i went??? plus didnt get asked what size i want for my drink after i asked but didnt say a size, just gave me grande 🤷 would rather go to the one...
