The owner and his staff are all from India there fore it's not a surprise that they are so helpful and friendly and polite with the healthiest food there is. The toppings are = to a great salad & Sub of the day is such a bargain. Unfortunately this Subway in the Village is going to be destroyed along with other needed businesses. The province of Ontario is letting a developer teardown 1/2 an entire block. So alot of SENIORS have to move in a Pandemic. We walk with handicaps:everywhere. Not for at least 5 yrs while Montclair &Spadina Rd. are torn down and the whole Village & walk ing are impaired. And Toronto doesn't seem to care enough about The Citys' culture or history Or Residents to stand up to the Province. So this lovely Subway, a great place to grab lunch or supper is to be Torn down. Along with the best Cleaners & all in beautiful original wood, & Beautysalon, & Optom edrists, Etc. We move here to Retire where it is uniquely gracious & peaceful and a Real Community of Caring super friendly people & pets. My sister, who was clearly next in line, was completely ignored. Despite standing right there, ready to order, the staff skipped over her and moved straight to the person behind her, as if she wasn’t even there. There was a long line forming, and the whole thing played out right in front of everyone—it was awkward, rude, and completely humiliating for her.
She had been starving and looking forward to this meal all day, but after being publicly overlooked like that, she was so embarrassed she didn’t even feel like ordering anymore. She just walked out hungry and upset.

Read moreThey aren't very good at following instructions for mobile orders. For example, not toasting it when I specified in the app that I didn't want it toasted. When I arrived and commented on this, saying that I wanted my sub not toasted because I planned to eat it later, they told me they already toasted it and asked if that was okay. So I repeated to them that I wanted my sub not toasted, and then they remade it.
In the past, the worst example of this was when my partner and I placed an order with two very different subs and they applied the toppings and sauce from my sub to his too, resulting in a sub that he couldn't eat.
